Not just because SKZ, journey, from bottom to the top, the usual underdog story, but also (or mostly) because the music itself was inherently epic. Wow this was an experience. LETS GOOOO!! Oh my gosh is there a lot to take in from this song. They really said this summer is OURS. But in all seriousness this is one of my new favorite songs. It’s so impactful and it’s such a declaration to how far the boys have come. I was lowkey very moved by the overall message. Plus seeing all the cool nods to Korean culture throughout the music video was really fun to see. The more you watch/listen, the more you find new things in the music video and production of the track. My favorite part is probably Felix’s part with the anti-drop just cause it’s so in your face when they take the beat away and all you hear is his base tone. SO GOOD 😍

Yaaaayyy!!! HOLY HAIR ERECTION IS RIGHT!! The truly most appropriate placement for that. This song…is special. It feels so grand and so beautiful. The themes. The sounds. The visuals. When I first watched it I was so captivated by each part. Starting with Bang Chan leading the song and saying “we’ll find a way to make a way” and then going to Seungmin’s beautiful vocal while trying to fight forward. Brilliant acting. Cutting to the dance sequence and then you get tricked thinking Changbin is going to start rapping and then you get hit with Hyunjin’s SICK flow and dancing and move to Felix’s rap where the music cuts out and he says “Feel meh” like a freaking G. and then the move to the beautiful art painting with I. N.’s beautiful dance lines while he’s painting into a dance sequences ON THE MURAL into the absolutely beautiful Felix part which still gives me chills to Lee Know’s beautiful voice AND YOU DONT EVEN REALIZE THAT WE HAVENT HEARD FROM HAN AND CHANGBIN YET. And then you’re like oh shit! Is this the end? Oh shit are we getting a Han rap and then a Binnie rap. OH SHIT WERE GETTING BOTH BACK AND FORTH!!! AND THEN THE OVERALL LYRICS AND THEME???!! AHHHHHH My favorite music is the ones that sound amazing and make you FEEL something. The messaging in the lyrics sounded applicable to everyone but the rap at the end. Those lyrics 😭😭😭😭 just made me a proud STAY 🩶🩶🩶🩶 they really do run it all around the world 😭🩶😭🩶😭🩶

Yeeeesssssss, i have been SO EXCITED to get your thoughts on this. ACTUALLY!! Not to be that person but I 100% called that the thing he was humming was a spoiler. And I feel so vindicated RN. Im giggling at myself bcuz of Han-C saying "ooo its massive" at the same time that chan popped onto the screen. I know he is talking about the music and arrangement but also chan...This song is so ridiculously amazing. The outro gave me Hair Erections the first time i heard it. Then i read the lyrics and I cried because wow. Wait what? This is also an entrance song to me. EVERYONE has bren saying its a world cup song. Had they released it sooner I definitely feel luke it could have been a contender. Actually I still think its a contender even if its not official. Lol not the Oh Boy when Han-C said hear me out. I would love to hear your rambling D'some. I enjoy this song so very much. Everyone looked amazing and sounded fantastic. The choreography was also big but familiar. My favorite move that they do is when they get to the line "its another day coming on the way" that Lee Know sings. Its just a walk but its a walk that has swagger and triumph in it (in my opinion).

I think I was waiting for a part that never came but I think it was because they kinda went out of order from what I’m used to? I loved the break for Felix’s and Lee Know’s quiet part. It felt like my breathing paused at those moments too. It’s a lot to process and it’s going to be epic in concert. I feel like it’s a lot like a chant from a sports game, which is appropriate coming out during the World Cup.

I was trying to figure out what really made this song so "weird" to me, and I finally figured it out. The structure of the song, in terms of how and when the members vocal are used is a switch from what we 'normally' see in tracks like this (meaning title tracks for the most part). We're used to heavy (or at least hard AF) rap intros with Bin or Han, but instead we're starting with Chan and Seungmin, the dance break is softer not frenetic energy but something fluid, the rap verse of Hyunjin and Felix in the center utilizes their rap style to almost slow down versus build up in the center, and then we're met with the Bin and Han outro rap which (like you said) hits so much harder because we're so used to expecting it up top, even if it's not the start of a track. SKZ hasn't ever really been repetitive, but there's techniques or tropes that we see show up with regularity (not a diss, all artists have styles they enjoy & so they incorporate that into their work) and this song feels like "we'd normally do this, what's the opposite?". Like they made a point to make sure they werent making a choice out of just out of habit. I hope I explained that well. But bottomline I love this song a lot. It's made me think a lot about their music again in a more philosophical way that I haven't since Social Path, which is always fun for me.

I don't know if they've done it before but I don't remember them dividing a song between the members this way. Each member had their one dedicated part, longer than usual and there was a lot less mixing and jumping from one to another. For me the first minute of the first listening was kind of disappointing "wait, is that it?" feeling, it took me a few times to feel hyped from the beginning. As a 2racha fangirl - this outro with these lyrics just made me happy.

스키즈의 믿고듣는 확신의 1번트랙... 진짜 처음에 들으면서 너무 벅차서 머리를 쥐어뜯으며 보다가 마지막에 투리라차의 랩배틀을 듣고 벅찬 가슴이 터졌습니다... 미친 것 같아요!!! 투리라차와 멤버들의 파트구성이 정말 신선했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 현진이가 랩 시작전에 창빈이가 먼저 화면에 나와서 당연히 창빈이가 랩하겠거니 했는데 훼이크아닌 훼이크도 좋았구요.. 찬이가 첫 파트하고나서 승민이가 부를때 너무 좋았어요 '계-속~' 이 부분에서 바이브레이션이 너무 좋아서 이마를 퍽퍽 쳤습니다... 진심 월드컵에서 이 노래를 안쓰면 거의 중범죄(아님) 라고요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 승민이는 단체군무에는 참여를 못하고 개인컷을 열심히 찍었다고 버블로 말해줬어요 ㅎㅎ 점점 좋아지고 있다고하니 너무 걱정은 하지 않는걸로! 이번 뮤비 감독님이 신선놀음 감독님이라 비슷한 느낌이 드는건 당연한 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 계속 한국풍을 멋지게 말아줬으면 좋겠어요!! 하 콘서트에서 첫 시작을 런잇으로 한다면... 행복사해버릴지도..... 이번에 투어의 첫 시작인 한국콘을 무려 5회나 합니다! 토 일 수 토 일 이렇게 하는데 앨범 나오기 전에 하는거라 언베일콘일거에요 사실 언베일콘은 제가 입덕하고는 처음이라... 제발 라이브스트리밍이 있길 바래봅니다 ㅠㅠ 언베일콘은 곧 나올 앨범의 수록곡중 몇곡을 불러주는데 이게 하루만 해주는지 5회 다 해주는지를 몰라서 라이브스트리밍이 없을까봐 그저 전전긍긍...ㅠ 죽기전엔 스키즈 콘서트를 가보는게 꿈이랍니다 ㅎㅎ

AND THE BINSUNG OUTRO OMG makes me emotional every time, the lyrics are so powerful in the song but here is just, makes me so proud. Hii, I'm finally back 👋 I've been going through a bit of a rough patch lately due to uni work and kind of drifted away from a lot of Stray Kids content more than I expected. I've been kinda afraid of losing that connection completely, especially since their music and content have always meant a lot to me, not just the songs but the members and everything about them. But this song really broke that feeling for me in the best way. It pulled me right back in, and I forgot how much I actually missed keeping up with them. This song really feels like something completely new, especially with this unconventional structure. Like the chorus comes in after only two members’ lines, then the bridge, and then instead of ending in a predictable way, they throw in the rap section with the chorus still going in the background. It’s all over the place in a way you don’t expect even for them, but it works so well. It took me a bit of getting used to, but now I'm fully hooked. The chorus especially, once it hits, it's stuck in my head for the rest of the day because it's just that good. I can't help but bop my head to it or literally throw my hands in the air like I'm at an actual concert. And even though the song feels almost upside down, to me it somehow feels longer than 3:20 in the best way. Also, the music video gives me such strong Giant vibes, especially with the color similarities. The whole thing feels so cinematic and grand. My first thought was genuinely, "Wait... this is free?" Everything looks so sharp and polished. Whenever I listen to it, I literally imagine those sharp, sweeping drone shots of nature. This song is making me crave that feeling of just wanting to go out and explore the world. Also, message-wise this song is so incredibly Stray Kids-coded, but imagine it being played at the World Cup. That'd be incredible. Honestly, I'm just really glad to be back. ❤️ PS: Don't mind me popping up in the older reaction vids (by old I mean three months, even though it somehow felt like half a year to me, lol).

This song is amazing!!! But the lyrics?? OMG, I got so emotional remembering their journey... 2RACHA really finished me. 😂 It seems like it's about a tiger and a bear. I'm not familiar with the story, but it about a tiger and a bear waiting to become humans? Something like that.. The image of Seungmin was a bear. I can't wait for the whole album!!!

Can someone explain what the reason or motivation is behind having the instrumental be so loud especially at the end in Han's and Changbin's part? It's like they're fighting against the instrumental to be heard.

Okay, actually had to watch a couple times while I gathered my thoughts, and I still don't fully know if I have everything figured out that I want to say. If nothing else, this song has made me think a lot! My first thought when I heard this song was that it makes a lot of sense/fits in so well in their discography adding another solid, anthemic song perfect for large scale performances like concerts/festivals. It almost feels like it should’ve/could’ve come out years ago, and makes me wonder how long 3Racha’s been sitting on this one. I’ve only listened to the song a few times so far, but at least for my initial impression I feel like the song isn’t as dynamic/powerful as I wanted/hoped it would be. Just from the way the song opened, I thought it was going to go harder, and then other than Han and Changbin at the end I felt like I just kept waiting for something more to hit. I don’t know if this is it exactly, but it almost felt simpler than a lot of SKZ tracks to me? Or maybe steady is a better word, I feel like I’m so used to SKZ playing around with songs’ structures, and in this song nothing really stood out/caught my attention, it stayed fairly stable throughout. I do think as I get more familiar with the song and let go of some of those expectations/wishes of what I thought it was going to be, it’ll bother me less, but for now that’s where I’m at. Also, this is purely personal preference but the group vocals for the chorus aren’t my favourite choice, I just love when we get to hear the members individually but I also get how the group chorus makes sense for this style of track. I do think I’d like the song a lot more hearing/seeing it in a live context like in a concert, and I need to listen to it more as part of a playlist vs. just listening to it by itself because it’s hard to tell how I feel listening to it in isolation. I’m not sure I’ll end up loving it enough to add to any of my playlists permanently, for now I’d say I’m overall indifferent to the track, I’m not going out of my way to listen to it, but if it came on it’s not an immediate skip for me either.

I AM SO OBSESSED WITH THIS SONG AND MV!!! I believe it is directed by the same guy who did 'Divine' MV. There is soooooooo much symbolism and references to historical battles, mythical beasts as you said, and the birth of Korean writting and ways of writting ... so so so so so much ... there have been a few breakdowns on Youtube, AEC does a really cool one... but so many cause there is so much to unpack ... I love it! All the motifs of balance, rebirth, and the repeated use of circular or entwinded imagery. LOVE IT! And the track is just on repeat in my car all day ... I love it!... It gives me 'Victory Song' (MAMA Version) with 'Mountains' with a dash of the chanting and hype of 'Miroh' ... The build up to the outro was insane ... like you said we always get Han and Changbin peppered throughout tracks so not having them feature until the very end.....the anticipation!!! .... The Vocalinies, the HyunLix rap moment back to back, the slow down and then BANG!!! 2Racha Rap Tag just devouring the outro ... LOVE IT!!!!
