FINNNNALLLLY got the livestream on Patreon to work properly (more or less), so what better way to celebrate than to check out SVT stuff :D

And this means we'll be able to do a lot more streams casually cuz....well, it works now, and it's not on discord. The live chat replay feature will likely be a bit finicky, but otherwise, it should be all good :) And also, for this one, we didn't send out notifications, but for the subsequent livestreams, we'll be doing so for people who might wish to make it but didn't know it's happening!

THANK YOU all those who joined and had fun with us!

Here are the list of things we checked out:

I wanna cry for getting the dates mixed up ... D: this looked so fun!

cuedeeee

so glad you guys watched my DxS request. And it even made D'Some question his sexuality. hahaha

Oh my goodness! I hope to make it to the next livestream!! The GDA BSS performance is SO funny because most of the other members had NO idea Picheolin was performing. They knew Dino was but were so shook when he came out dressed as our resident busy-body. Here is a compilation of Seventeen’s hilarious reaction to the GDA performance: https://youtu.be/Qa-gNX0ItNs?is=nTb0aBZ0N74dEgoK Around the 3:11 mark is when Picheolin comes out. Vernon has the funniest reaction. Some of them can’t even process what’s going on. Here’s a closeup? Version. The 1:25 mark is when Picheolin comes out https://youtu.be/VstWYW8jZI8?is=IfUGlNuvpvDrIPoL

Most common experience seeing the Boo Youmi VCR: oh hey DK. Oh hey female actress wow. WAIT- I was floored for the all the 3 days of DxS concert every time the VCR played and we got videos of the members that came to watch the show react to it including Mingyu, Scoups and Dino watching it together and they lost their mind. Boo Youmi changed my brain chemistry and I was never the same afterwards. I'm gonna need a show about her and how she dumps DK and Mingyu and becomes mine. D'some I see you eyeing her, SHE'S MINE. As someone who watched Exclusive Fairytale: really good show, you actually start forgetting it's Jun and you start liking the main character because the show is actually about the girl he kisses in the clips! I liked her a lot and Jun was really funny in it and did a really good job! PLUS, FUN FACT: The reason he wasn't in the second half of GoSe 2021 is because he was away in China filming this show! And now he has a new show coming out soon (no release date yet, I'M WAITING) called The Whimsical Return and it's gonna be fantasy martial arts C-drama type and he wears a LONG HAIR WIG in it! The one clip I was so looking forward to when I saw the list of what you reacted to in the livestream is definitely the BSS ft. Pi Cheolin performance!!! ICONIC!!!!!!!! Nothing to even add it's just so good and I remember someone said a joke that by putting Pi Cheolin on the stage Seventeen has now included all of the present artists in GDA in the GCU, the GoSe Cinematic Universe. The Pi Cheolin lore goes crazy. Now he's getting an album... (*wipes tear*) so proud of the CEO of BOMG.

This format was better to rewatch than the discord streams so I’m a big fan! I am also in love with Boo Youmi so we’re all here together lol

Seungkwan was already in my bias line but Boo Youmi still managed to wreck me and everyone else. If you want Seungkwan to confuse you even more, please watch more Bibidi-bobbidi-Boo (or Bibabu as we call it now). D'Some, you've got a lot of competition. Speaking of competition (and merch, since you mentioned it), Carats are famous as the fandom that is kind of lax with voting but crazy for fanchants and for spending money (buying 13 copies/sets of merch, buying 13 copies of albums, causing weverse shop to go down for hours because we wanted to buy the 10th anniversary lightstick, renting yachts to watch the free SVT concert on Jamsu bridge, buying the clothes and products seventeen wears/promotes, etc.). Merch sells out really fast. There's a funny story where SVT are doing their concert warm-up and before they even leave the stage, Carats are rushing out of their seats. Coups and Seungkwan were shocked and asked them where they were rushing off to (especially since fans try to film/interact with SVT to the last second) and one of the Carats shouted back 'to buy merch!'. The Caratland Church of Holy Horanghae comes with a hefty tithe. So yeah, we can let you know about the merch but good luck actually getting it XD. Picheolin's new album is up for pre-order. There's a magazine version, a jewel case version and even an actual cassette version XD. I got the jewel case and cassette because I love SVT 90's style merch.

I also found it funny (in a macabre/gallows humour way) that the Blue VCR kept the opening the same (with the accident and the original actor) and then we just go straight to the low stakes food drama between Seokmin and Boo Youmi. It's like whoa that was intense...ANYWAY here's these two dorks in what is ostensibly an MV parody but what is actually a commercial for the towel merch and a romantic/sexuality awakening for a lot of you. This is why I love SVT.

Alex

Unfortunately I couldn't join this time due to work, but I will definitely join any other live if I will be able to :) It is so fun :)))) 🌭🌭 You are amazing ❤️❤️ The VCR combines 2 fight stories: one with the towel (DKxSK) and another with plastic bag (MingyuXDK) "Pick it up" - line. The insight about the towel :) When the official merch was announced before the concert some fans said the towel is expensive. SK agreed and checked why for the fans. He came back with the detailed explanation (amount of threads and material XD) apparently it was a very high quality. P.S.: I watched DxS concert online (D-3) it was a third day in a row when they were singing for 3.5/4 hours.... I was completely in awe, it was sooooo soo so good. This unit are LIVE monsters on stage. The concert was so grand and beautiful and more on the serious side. I will never stop talking about it TT The VCR, the Die with Smile "grouping" and Encore gave funny and not serious vibes for perfect balance.

Waaaaah everything watched here was so GOLD!!!! Boo Youmi. Waah I remember watching this online and being like oh my god! Initially even I thought it was DK and an actress and then I was shOok when I suddenly realised. And it was live streaming so couldn’t even rewind aaah. Also DK-Mingyu have their own lore with a character Younghee lol. Many carats were even like at the end turns out seungkwan was Younghee hahah. Also Kwan at times reminded me of his eldest sister. I remember there were many others who asked his 누나 if it was her in the vcr and she found it funny and clarified on her stories that it was not her lol. She had posted reshares mentioning “ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 저 아니에요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ” Also love that you checked out 얼마나 좋을까 cover. It’s funny how just yesterday I commented on the falling to you video how I listen to this clip on repeat cuz I love their cover haha. Also the BSS ft Dino. First of all I love that rearrangement. It’s so good. And Dino… Picheolin as featuring was such a shock. Even the seventeen members didn’t know, like they just knew Dino was doing youngji’s part. Cuz actually Vernon has also covered youngji’s part for caratland. Only BSS knew it’s Dino as Picheolin. You should look up their reaction videos they were shocked!!! Also lalali by vcu so goood. I love seventeen unit reverses. And they at times change lyrics and all too hehe. Btw caratland tickets are not costly but difficult to get specially the front one. It becomes costly if you get from a reseller. Hope you can go one day it’s really fun. TMI but I attended the 2025 day 1 and it was good. Tho I was 4층. Initially was getting 2층 but I put wrong card details ㅠㅠㅠ Also that maestro dance is hard. I tried to learn it through tutorials. I’m not good at dancing. Anyways I managed 0.25x of the foot steps and gave up 🙏🏻 Jun’s drama. When it was out I was taking breaks from dramas so I started it but just watched 1-2 eps. I remember it being good. This reminds me to finish the drama now hehe. And the egotistic cover so goooood wow. But yea overall it was fun. Couldn’t catch the actual stream but enjoyed the upload. Thank you so much!

Sad I missed this one, switched to a later shift at work on Fridays so it'll be hard for me to make livestreams from now on :(. Some amazing gems here, especially the Caratland unit switch and BSS GDA ft. Pi Cheolin. Highly recommend watching the member reaction clips someone else already linked, even on your own time they are a great watch! Very excited as you get further into the SVT discography for more of those related variety appearances like Lee Mujin Service, they also start to add more behind the scenes of recordings and dance practices as they go so you'll have those to look forward to for deep dives as well! Caratland is a whole other beast, it will be well worth the wait once you're finally caught up to a point where those start.

THE MAMAMOO COVER IS INSANE!! not only did hoshi make the choreo, he did it in only a few hours😭

Fay

my favourite thing about the vocal unit cover of Lalali was how the ‘brrrr’ part was actually the classic vocal warmup😭 it’s not that clear in the video but it’s hilarious and so on brand for them!

Fay

Boo youmi went so viral that Jihyo and Jeongyeon from Twice came to seungkwan’s show with an entire makeup kit so they could do his makeup and Ryujin from Itzy in a separate episode brought a wig and asked him to act like Boo Youmi from the parody mv💀

Jordan

I wish i was there for the live!! EXCLUSIVE FAIRYTALE is SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!! Id love to see you guys watch it if possible!!!

i should sleep

i havent watched the other lives can anyone tell me if they've reacted to the caratland "doesnt fit me" song dances yet?

Ariel Farah

Seungwan has so many charms. I would love for you guys to react to the most recent caratland sans some of the performaces of songs you dont know but you could watch the majority.

spn_caratiny

Please watch all of Dino’s stuff he’s released for his solo!

Hansol's Gums

I plead guilty [i thot bumzu could dance (does he actually????)] EGOTISTIC = wonu's hips don't lie XD

Duchess_Nara

As a Boosadan (Seungkwan biased) your reactions to Boo Youmi was so entertaining to watch! Also, just leaving a few links here to keep things a bit organized: Behind the scenes for blue's vcr parody: https://youtu.be/nf0CR2mObfI Another link it's for Seungkwan and Youngji's cover of juice. You says said way back in your svt reactions that you wanted to watch that: https://youtu.be/xaVq4FhbD6Q And in case you guys are interested in the behind the scenes for the Juice mv recording: https://youtu.be/5OkMMT4nFZQ They also performed juice in another of Youngi's program, problably first live performance of this song (this one was in CBZ's comeback) : https://youtu.be/K0Goge8YEss
