The most important question: A-TEEN VS 9-TEEN. What's YOUR pick?! :D

We knew it'd be different, but not THIS different. This one was way more "SVT" than A-TEEN and a lot more....nineteen...? Not that A-TEEN was a typical season 1 ost for such a series, but 9-TEEn still sounded a lot more "mature" and therefore, fitting to the second season sound.

But yeh, loved both but our pick is proooooobably A-TEEN :) Would love to hear your thoughts and talk more about both!

And next time, we start a new album :D Exciting stuff! We look forward to that too :):)

You heard about 어떤 미래 (What Kind of Future) in Debate Night III. Woozi teased Seungkwan for his wrong outfit in the 어른이 되면 performance, and Seungkwan teased Woozi about 어떤 미래 because Woozi was on the 과거 team. Btw, 어떤 미래 is a fan favourite! I remember listening to the concert fancam version a lottt until the digital was out years later (due to a sad reason tho). So yeah. Don't know what kind of future it will be but hope you get to check it out in future (XD).

The outro is a chours(?) line from Ateen! "Ateen 돌아오지 않을 이 순간을 너의 너에게" is the original lyrics and right after they say 이거 알지. Which is very cool :) Also 어떤미래 was mentioned in 논리나잇3 when they were talking about going to the future or the past!!

It's not a question for me: A-TEEN for the win. I love 9teen it's sweet you move your hand during the last chorus like they want you to, but A-TEEN has this atmosphere, this VIBE that I really don't think you can compete with. I also love the mixteen group that was chosen for A-TEEN. Also, the 어떤 미래 mention gave me a jumpscare. WE DON'T TALK ABOUT WHAT KIND OF FUTURE BY WOOZI. I have a physical reaction to hearing that song because it makes me cry every single time. Woozi himself only performed it a few times for a concert and one time for Bumzu's concert and said he'll never sing it again. The reason you guys recognized it was because Seungkwan mentioned it in Debate Night 2021 against Woozi's team. WE'RE GETTING INTO YOU MADE MY DAY!!!!!!! THIS ALBUM RULES!!! I definitely prefer 9teen over A-teen right now! It has such a bright vibe and I love the melodies in all of Woozi's lines. It's a shame they only got to perform it a few times but at least it's an OT13 song. Even with choreo or without, I agree that it's a performance song/concert song. (Definitely hoping you guys can witness an svt concert someday!!) Resharing some links on Good to Me <3 I personally recommend the Stage Mix because they were able to highlight a key point in the choreo, and it's a good compilation considering Good to Me was also promoted a lot and has a lot of videos/performances. 9teen def reminds me of SVT concerts so cool! Also, I think I would choose 9teen as it was my fav song while watching A Teen Season 2. Also, the New_ tour of 2025-2026 has Ateen, 9teen, 20 and 9 members sing it, if I recall right. It was in their encore section, I think! And I really hope you get to see Seventeen! Their concerts are really cool! Idk much about the ticketing on the American side, but I do know a bit about Southeast Asia, as I'm from India and have been to Follow to Bangkok and 2025 Caratland in Seoul (none were VIP btw, though it was easy to get VIP during New_ thailand, I didn't go as I had just been to Caratland, but I helped my manager get a VIP, so I know) If you really plan to go to concerts, I suggest getting the Weverse Carat Membership before your ticketing, as ticketing opens up for membership holders 1st. I can't guarantee a VIP ticket (which is HARDDD cuz bots and scalpers also play a big role), but at least you can get something with Carat membership. With general, it's even harder tho some countries keep some sections closed during CaratSale and open during general. For Carat sale, you have to register your membership in NOL beforehand; it will all be mentioned in the Weverse notice, so please do it during the registration period else, even tho u have membership, u might not be able to take part in Carat presale. For Seoul, it's usually done through NOL (formerly Interpark). NOL has 2 sites though, NOL Korea and NOL Global(World). As a foreigner, I use Global, as the Korean site needs a Korean phone number or citizenship number or something to sign up, though the Korean site is way more stable than Global lol. I've seen the global crash a lot! But yeah. If you wanna try Seoul, I would suggest you to just practise the flow to book a ticket on NOL beforehand so you know how it works. As a foreigner, I had to register my passport details and do verification, and it's better to do it all beforehand so you don't end up wasting time doing it during the actual ticketing. It's also good to check and see if you have to queue up before time, as on some platforms you have to. I don't think that was the case with NOL tho. Also, people use this site, https://time.navyism.com/ to check server time hehe. Now I'm not very familiar with the NOL interface cuz when I got my Caratland it was still Interpark, but this is what I remember. Also, one more thing. Caratland 2025 was 20- 21 March. And on 19th march a lottt of scalpers released their tickets and it was available. Unfortunately, I was flying; otherwise, I would have tried to get 21st March ticket, as I had only a 20th March ticket :( So you can keep an eye out for that. Ah, and make sure you have your card details handy and have no limit on it cuz I lost 2nd-floor seats cuz of this :( I got 4th-floor seats and still went, as I just wanted to experience Caratland (tho Jeonghan was not there :"), but still I feel lucky to have gone cuz so many Carats can't ㅠㅠ. Also, it was Wonu's last concert, my bias, and I heard Leftover live, so yay hehe). Anyways sorry for long post but basically for Seoul, have Weverse carat membership, keep eye out on the notice and dates, have NOL account and do your verification. Try out booking (without paying) for other events to just see how it works. Have your cards handy with proper limits. Have good internet, use navyism and pray your LUCK WORKS OUT hahahah! (Hope I didn't miss anything or say anything wrong). "9-TEEN" was regular part of the Act IV / Encore segment during their [NEW_] World Tour 2025-2026 also during encore a lot of the times they would sometimes sing what audience requested. still my favourite from 18,19 20 will be 20. their concerts are special hope to see you react sometime in the future. it is nearly impossible to sat favourite, but there is nothing better than when they are all 13 together for me.

I loveeee 9-TEEN. It's probably because it has a more sentimental value to me. They perform this song more than A-TEEN, I believe? During their more recent tours 'cart segment', 9-TEEN was one of the songs that stood out to me :) It's just so magical to listen to it live.

For concert: Wait til 2028 for all 13 return! They are pure magic live blessings in your ears and eyes! Anointed from within! The only other artists that made me feel this way about their live stage presence was the Eagles at their Hell Freezes Over Tour and Lady Gaga at her Monster Ball Tour.

Fun story: this morning I was at the Starbuck's drive thru in Sacramento, California. At the window the worker said, omg i love your Bong Bongi! (Hanging from my rear view mirror). I said oh wow, are you a Carat?! She said yes, im a Carat! I further spun him around and showed her his little chest banner that said, Horranghae! 🤣🤣🤣 when she came back with my drinks I gave her a members only special album release Bong Bongi Keychain with 2 charms on them and she started crying and I started crying and I told her to have a good day and I left cuz I hate crying! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Anyway these are the kind of ppl that love Seventeen. Think I've only heard 9-Teen once before, A-Teen definitely is my favourite between the two (if only for the Killing Voice nostalgia!). Also, weirdly when you were discussing the possible alternate translation for the 9-9-9teen lyric, I also went straight to the na-eui na-eui nineteen Han-C mentioned in his editor's note, my my didn't even occur to me! But it does seem more likely that it is just them repeating nine. Very excited to get into You Made My Dawn next week!! Good to Me is such a great track, can't wait to see what links Carat sausages send!

Their last tour with only the 9 members active had Ateen, 9teen, and 20 in the encore… maybe that's when 9teen started hitting different for me. i attended the last show of the tour in Asia and I can say it was totally a live performance type of song, like you said. Also because it was 9teen (9 members out of 13), every time i hear it now, i think back to that concert and how hard those 9 worked to cover for the 4 enlisted, so we carats wouldn't feel their absence. Okay I shared a lot but anyway, as always, so excited for You Made My Dawn!

My god do I miss Seventeen so much. It's going to be a long wait til 2028 :( I hope they come back to Canada cause the last few tours they have not been. SVT live is an experience like no other!
