Dino put out some funny skits to promo this album. As of now Seungkwan and Dino just left for their military service. 9/9 are in the military now. We have jxj release to do. Once Wonwoo, hoshi, and woozi get back I’m praying for a 96ers unit with June album.

This album is just so good!! Dino did an amazing job with it. I can't wait for '미쳐 미쳐' it's my favourite from this album. I think you might know this already but JxJ album also released on the 19th another amazing unit album for sure, they are breaking records with album sales. They appeared on Salon Drip and Jeonghan is going to be making an appearance on Heyri's Club!!! Which is super exciting! Hannie doesn't really go to a lot of variety shows so it's fun to see him out with just Shua or alone. So much is happening in Caratland right now. The Makane's enlisted now it was a very emotional see you soon Live, we only have 5 active members now. Jeonghan went to Paris with Givenchy and slayed! Shua went to China for a Vogue event!!! Scoups is going to be working with Hanumankind, they meet in LA with Bumzu and Hybe India CEO also present. Woozi is next level buff now 😂😂😂 so much more...........

I think what I'm getting the most from the album reaction so far is that I'm learning stuff about the Korean music waves I probably would never learn without someone who experienced it talking about it. I thought the DEUX sound for this song was very unexpected and even told you guys you won't be ready for it, but you actually DID expect it because apparently that's the DEUX sound? That's really cool to learn. What Han-c said about Yoo Seungjun (I hope I'm spelling it right? I don't know him so I googled him and that's the spelling I found) is I think the correct assumption about the rap in the second part. What convinced me is that the clip you guys show in the video of Yoo Seungjun's rap is almost 1:1 the way Dino performed it in the Gildboard concert including the camera filming style. It's also interesting to bring up the new jack swing, since Hoshi's latest single release (BOYFRIEND) also has new jack swing incorporated, and it's making me wonder if it's making a comeback in the kpop genre (or maybe it never left?) since trends always circle back. So while I didn’t know much of Deux, but when I heard to this song it reminded me a lot of 1st gen songs etc. I feel I was recalling the 응답하라 series and some songs I heard there. Listening to your explanation I think I get it now. But it’s such a cool and fun song hehe. I enjoyed it. Even I felt the choreo was similar to songs in 90s hehe. Btw even Dino’s albums were very unique. I actually got mine today. We had 4 versions USB, cassette, jewel case and magazine version. Haha. I held a cassette after so long haha. But yea really great album! Can’t wait for next song woohoo!

I think the music era choices and call back to 90s is a deliberate choice and is part of the lore of Picheolin/timeline together. Especially, if you could consider the order of the single releases, the first pre-release already sets the scene in the 90s with the music genre. The way I see it, this is music from Picheolin when he was in his 20s and if he's a late 40s/early 50s ahjussi in 2026, him being in his 20s in the 90s adds up. It seems obvious but then it also blows my mind. I just love the whole concept and how much thought went in to putting this together. DI-NOW indeed!

My head canon for this song is that little baby Chan heard this style of music from his parents (maybe with his Dad at his dance studio), and so he has a soft spot for this style/sound. Do I have any actual information to base this on? Nope. Deux has come up a couple times throughout my kpop journey, I don't think I've actually heard any of their songs (if anything I might've seen a cover done by one of the groups I watch/listen to) but knew the era/vibe of their music enough that this didn't come as a surprise to me, and the sound very much made sense to me knowing the producer is from Deux. I would say that this song does feel like a bit of an outlier from the rest of the album for me, I can't recall if Dino explained how they chose this song or how that process looked? There is quite a few behind videos and interviews so there could definitely be more info out there but nothing immediately comes to mind. Very excited to see your reaction to Micheo MIcheo!

This is exactly why I love hearing the two of them talk about music! I get to learn things I didn’t know before, and getting the date right—you really are CARATs now (lol).
