This was the number one most requested song for what we should react to next, so here it is. We took some time between reacting to the Replay album to get this one done, and it was fire.

You can’t compare red lights to hey day. They’re two different beasts. But red lights the OG version, or the concert version where all 8 have a part in it?

Agreed. In no way comparable….but it’s still a good one. If you can find a good fan cam for the 8 of them highly recommend! The OG has a MV so it just depends on what you’d want. Alt

Side note….I felt the same way the first time I heard Heyday……like WTF did I just hear….then it was on repeat…..

I LOVE “Heyday” for getting hype as hell but personally I like both the music and the video for “Red Lights” more. OT8 version is great, but I’d go for the original for the MV- super cool concept and execution by Hyunjin and Bang Chan.

I would say do the original, so you see the intention. Then, listen to the O8 to hear the glory of all 8. 🤪

oh my god this is another workout jam for me....3racha is what got me hooked on them, not just their music but the way they "pull the carriage" for skz as well. The way they write lyrics to perfectly showcase each members talents is such an art to me. Therefore when they get songs to themselves we get things like this.....Thank you, I love you guys so much!! ♡

I love both songs, but as everyone else said - totally different. I'd definitely go with the original version with music video - so artistic!

As I said before, this song is just.. THAT song. Everything from the producing skills, the rapping and everything.. it's sooooo goooooood. I'm glad you were as speechless as I was when I first heard it. It became one of the songs I heard the most last year. Top 5. Thank you for the video!!!!

The lyric video did have it incorrect for the chorus. The lyric video said it was Changbin doing Drr pow, but it's Han. And it has Han doing "I'm stacking EXP... and Full power..." parts but that was Changbin. in another part where it's Everyday, heyday, payday (ching!) It does have Bang Chan there first, which is correct. The Drr Pow is again Han. The I'm stacking EXP is Changbin. and it ends with "just dance to my heyday" but the lyric video has it as Han, but it's Bang Chan again there, then it goes into the ending with Han. Lyric video just wasn't right in those parts. Personally, the two songs are different vibes, but I get hyped up every time I hear Heyday. So my preference would go with Heyday I guess. The MV for Red Lights is awesome, but after hearing it in concert as OT8 - love the OT8 version just as much (probably more as I'm a Changbin stan... lol) as the original version.

Heyday and Red Lights are both so, so good while being extremely different - it's like comparing 3RACHA (the track) to Taste. OT8 Red Lights is great, but I'm going to second the person above who said to watch the original MV first, because it is an Experience and also I just, selfishly, really love watching people react to it. But I love knowing more about the wordplay in Heyday!

Heyday is a mood, it's such a good song. For Red Lights, Watching the MV first would be the best, and then watch the ot8 if you want. Thanks for the videos! :)

Man, asking us which of the two (Heyday or Red Lights) is our fave is cruel 😹. They can’t really compare tbh, completely different vibes. Now, Heyday compared to 3RACHA, sang by 3RACHA, produced and written by 3RACHA… that might be a more even comparison lol. Either way though, I love this song SO MUCH, it was def on repeat when it first dropped. And I def agree with doing the original/MV for Red Lights before the OT8 version!

This lyric video messed up Changbin and Han in the hook, and it makes me wanna scream every time lmao. Changbin hardly ever gets the hook, quit taking it from him. (Lookin' at you lyric video creators, Chan explains line distribution thank you ily.)

ALSO definitely check out the original version of Red Lights first. Hyunjin had a big part in writing the song, and I think the way he delivers it shows exactly how much of himself he poured into it. <3

I’m so happy you reacted to “HEYDAY”. This and “the tortoise and the hare” are my absolute favorites. I really love your reaction on both songs. ♥️ I fell in love with skz because of their music. Because it’s different. It’s really long ago I heard so talented artists who can impress me with all of their discography. They’re not afraid to try new things and that’s what I love.

This, Matryoshka, and 3Racha are probably my favourite rap tracks by 3Racha. Honestly, the breaks, the pace, the beat changes, Hans' whisper rap-ish opening, changbins' incredible tight rap verses, and the pika-pikachu part. I can't get over how incredible this song is. Plus Chan coming in just to ground the song with the hook. This whole song is a work of art.
