I think I'm going to unsub now actually, the AI usage for this is pretty easy to spot. Overly-long candy canes, baubles with multiple hooks, the candy cane that's front-and-center cut off on the curve, like, cmon. You're in the furry fandom, one that has thrived on real artists for decades and has been openly opposed to genAI images louder than any other fandom. You should know better.

I mean it's not like a simple graphic designed poster is high concept art dude. Also in the case of this team it's not like they were gonna hire a different dude just for one poster anyway. Just sayin bro kinda disproportionate take.

@pheasant void I can understand that AI generated art is a sore subject for many artists, and with the furry fandom being such an artist centric community, I should have put more thought into it before posting that image. My thought process was essentially this - I really wanted to get that discount out asap, and at the time of posting it (00:30 AM), none of the team's artists were online. The team has already been crunching trying to get the next build out. I didn't want to burden them any further with even more tasks before Christmas. It was my idea to make the discount, and I hate if such a decision would seep into the productivity of the team. As it's looking right now, we'll barely have enough time to push out the new build before Christmas (and the build has far higher priority than some discount poster). Now I'm not an artist, but I still spent the time to edit a pre-made human Christmas template to get that new image up. Hopefully this will give the team the time they need finish the next build.
