The development of Crimson Prison is progressing very well. As you know, we're down to the final stretch, which has been taking up most of my time.
Originally, I had only planned to translate the game into Spanish, but since it’s now turning into a completely new release, I’ve decided to rewrite some of the dialogues. This way, I can write them in Spanish first and then translate them into English for a better result.
In total, ALL of Miwa, Merumi, and Kasumi’s events have been completely revamped (not 100%— only certain dialogues that needed adjustments to avoid redundancy or improve clarity). The dialogues for Kathryn, Fubuki, and Erika still need to be revised. All side quests are done, and for the main quests, 6 out of 11 are complete. The remaining ones are the longest, especially considering the addition of Arzu, Goliath, and Grisselette’s storylines.
I'm taking this opportunity not only to restructure the dialogues but also to make them more fitting for each character’s personality. A great example is Fubuki, who always speaks in a more formal yet passive-aggressive manner.
Here, you can see some of the new dialogues and how they reflect these adjustments. It’s not just about changing them— it’s about improving them.
PS: I ran into a bit of a dilemma here. If you’ve played both TSSC and CrPr, you might have noticed that in TSSC, Shunnaru mentions Fubuki’s derogatory remarks. That’s why I didn’t want to change them too much… However, now they align better with her character.
