The update has progressed quite a bit. While it will not be an especially long script (just a little over 6,500 words), I consider it to be one of the most important updates for the arc's main purpose: Kasumi's development.

Clearly, this would not be her only arc, nor even her final one. It is merely a small glimpse of what the future holds for our beloved shinobi.

Speaking of CGIs, they are taking me a bit longer since some characters had to be edited: clothing, textures, hair. In Raika and Kasumi's case, I also had to create their younger versions from before the Revenant team was dismantled.

As for Chapter 3 of Crimson Prison, although I already have it planned out, I am still thinking about how to properly begin developing it and which elements to incorporate, aside from introducing Clarissa and Silvie as new characters.

Likewise, I daresay that Chapter 2 has only followed around 30% - 40% of the script I originally wrote for the timeline. As I always say, there is always room for improvement, and I genuinely believe the changes have been for the better.

If I continue at this pace, releasing updates every 6 - 9 weeks, doing some quick calculations, we would be successfully concluding Chapter 2 of Crimson Prison by the second quarter of 2027.
