Devlog #124 | Kondo Nanami Remodel (Patreon)

Some other news: Kondo Nanami will be getting a remodel soon.

To be brutally honest, I've never liked her design. I felt like she had potential, but something was missing. Of course, I absolutely loved the hair at the back of her head, aside from two other BIG reasons... but the front hair, the bangs, the overall hairstyle... none of it really worked for me.

Since she's an important main character in the story, I've decided to redesign her. Not completely, though, because as I said, I'm really happy with the hair at the back. What I'll do is completely change the front of her hairstyle, add a few accessories, make her curves more pronounced, and give her a fuller bust. I'll also make some changes to her face.

When I first created her, I wanted a character who could command attention while still being sexy and having a strong personality, and what I ended up with was... that. So, well, now seems like a good time to change her design. I don't think I'll modify the previous events she appears in, though. Or maybe I will, since she doesn't appear all that often.

That makes me sad. Having so many characters and then barely featuring them, haha. I'll try to bring different characters into the story from time to time.

What do you think of the new design?

I still feel like something is missing from her face, so I'll keep making small adjustments until I'm happy with the result.
