Slime Displacer (Patreon)

Night falls. You and your party are set up, within an hour, the slimes start to emerge. Quickly, you spot where they are coming from and proceed to deal with them.

As you round up and dispatch the smaller slimes, pushing them back towards their nest, the remaining slimes turn tail and retreat... "that's new." you murmur.

Arriving at the entrance to the nest inside a local dumping ground, you hear an unholy warbling scream. Whipping tendrils fly in every direction, sending most of your party running. 

Before you retreat as well, you get a good look at it. As tall as a man with the skull of some beast and a ribcage extending down into the slime, the creature screams again as you flee. "So much for a simple job"
