If you keep it in the style of the Anubis mini you produced a while back that would be pretty amazing. As for minis an Anubis themed dragon would be neat or a sphinx

A personal favorite of mine is Thoth, an ibis-headed god of knowledge and science whos job it was to weigh hearts (or protect the weighing of hearts from external interference).

another good one is Sacmet, the lion headed goddess of vengeance who was created from Ra’s right eye and send down to earth to kill every man woman and child as punishment for the god’s dismemberment. She was a serious bad ass and even the other gods were frightened of her wrath.
