The hypnosis + bondage version of Yumi, hope you like it!!

Important question for hypnosis fans:What do you prefer?Eyes and expression that look “empty”Or more like “Kaa”-style eyes with crazy faces, like she’s being possessed?

I'm a big proponent of trying to educate about hypnokink. My definitions here isn't a standard or normalized but it helps define the goal or focus. Hypno kink is enjoying the process of hypnotism and going into trance. Mind control kink is the enjoyment of the results of hypnosis. Mind control kink is far more easy to showcase in singular images because it's usually the result of going into trance. Hypnokink is harder to illustrate without showing a transition between one state of mind to another. Kaa is so popular because the first scene of his hypnosis scene is actually showing the process of going into trance. It's shocking how little there is of this process and it's why it's survived so much and is replicated. I am a fan of many different types of trance. I think the trance you did here is just right for the subject matter and method. Kaa esque trance works better if its to obscure from the subject some sort of peril to make it more "consensual" in a way

Oh wow, I definitely need to educate myself more on the topic. I don’t know much about this whole “hypnokink” thing since I haven’t had much experience drawing it. But most of the illustrations I’ve seen are just some mystical object hypnotizing the characters, and they’re just standing there with a lewd outfit and a hypnotized stare.

I’ll keep that in mind for future drawings! (:
