Edit: I'll be posting this story poll tomorrow. Make sure you've gotten your stories into a shape you're happy with!

With 199 votes, Lady Dimitrescu wins the November poll! Why didn't she win the Spooptober poll? I dunno, patrons, why DIDN'T she win the Spooptober poll, huh? HUH?!

Feel free to suggest your stories here! I'll post some of my ideas later, because right now I'm too focused on Cindy to think of Lady D.

Note: I do not edit your stories (barring removing content I do not wish to make), so make sure your idea is presentable to the voting patrons!

The wrong Cadou's After Lady Dimitrescu's 3 daughters have been killed by the one and only Ethan Winters, Lady D is the most furious she has ever been and swears to seek revenge. She has a genius plan to inseminate more cadous that have been laying around in giant test tubes into her womb in hopes to try and reanimate her daughters as quickly and perfectly as she can. In a hasty moment she sees a 4th test tube with a special type of cadou hiding behind the 3 she had just retrieved. In desperation she wastes no time in inseminating that one along with the 3 other cadous. She seems to relax and believe she can finally stop Ethan Winters and have sweet revenge, long behold the 4th cadou starts to react inside her and causes the other cadous to multiply rapidly and panic seems to kick in as she is confused as to what is going to happen but only finds out after reading the test tube the last cadou was in. Patreon deluxe parts Having recently inseminated all 4 cadous she finds, Lady D begins to experience rapid growth spurts as the cadous (which have become her 3 daughters as babies in her belly) begin to multiply and grow at an alarming rate that Lady D can't control. Panicking, Lady D trys to find a solution before she becomes to big to even move or think straight. She grabs loads of different potions/remedies (or what she thinks is anyways) and tries her best to drink/apply them to herself to try and settle down the situation that arises within her womb but everything seems to make the rapid and multiplying pregnancy worse. Some make her breasts grow and lactate uncontrollably while other make her butt grow as well as her already huge belly. Sooner rather than later she is unable to do anything but wait for the inevitable.

Lady D summons you to her castle for a special job pertaining keeping the local monster population up. You collect the special mold she requests and return finding Lady D awaiting you in a throne. She absorbs/consumes it and begins to rapidly gestate, complementing you for doing such a good job and asking if you like her new form as she would steadily break out of her clothing and continue to grow. Preferring to go by "Queen Dimitriscu" instead as she reveals her plans for domination whilst you are forced to tend to the very active life in her belly.

alright here we go. the duke has given Ethan a special weapon to aid in his continuous struggle against lady d. this weapon when shot into her rapidly integrates with her body due to her enhanced healing. once integrated, every time lady d goes through a door, the weapon responds, resulting in her gestating a child and her hips and ass growing, effectively causing her to trip up hopefully. however neither the duke or Ethan realized how tenacious the lady could be and she continues to follow Ethan throughout the castle, growing larger and larger until Ethan must make a mad dash to the safe room while an enormously preged lady d gives chase, getting caught in between something and Ethan teasing her afterwards. TLDR: lady d get BEEEG going through doors.

This story takes place in a different reality where Ethan meets Lady Dimitrescu heavily pregnant with her three "adult" daughters still inside her womb. Normal animation: Lady D provokes an entranced Ethan in different ways, letting him rub her belly and plump curves and letting him feel her daughters moving inside her belly. In the end, after many flirtations, Lady D notices the massive bulge of Ethan's rod in his pants, giving her an idea that bring us in the Deluxe: Lady D is been pregnant for centuries and now she wants to finally give birth. She proposes Ethan to have sex with her to induce labor. If he'll succeed, Lady D promises to have his babies next. We then see a sex scene(s?) until labor finally start and Lady D gives birth to her adult daughters. In the end we see a brief scene of Ethan impregnating Lady D or Lady D married with Ethan and heavily pregnant with his babies.

After learning that Ethan helped create Emily Lady D decides to extract some DNA from him, the fun way. Ethan having not had any in a bit acquis to her demands. The only thing Ethan doesn't realize is that one, Lady D is always on top and two, that mold has an effect on gestation.
