I have to go with you on this one. 6. The bandage looks like something Jack would wear to try to have a more boyish shape. For sleepwear I'd go with 3.

1 looks like Steampunk men's swimwear, which might come into play later but is not underwear. 2 and 5 look too girly to me for Jack. 3 is the best candidate for Jack's sleepwear but not underwear. 4 looks like a sexy version of Misty's costume from Pokemon. Sexy but not underwear. 6 looks like what Jack would wear to minimize Jack's girlish curves so 6 it is.

I think this makes the most sense; while I think 4 looks the best stylistically (fan-service wise too!), apart from 6 they all look sleepwear-ish. Merging 4 and 6 would be a good compromise, and give options when Jack is more.... open minded, to switch to 4 and not wear any 6 at all

I would say 4 or 6. I agree with PaddyoFurniture with everything that was stolen, will need to make modifications of there own.

Veering off topic a bit I am liking 3 for Jack's night wear more and more. Since Jack's clothes were stolen early on Jack may have had to improvise something from the remainder bin at the tailor's. An old night cap. A second hand child's night shirt [too short but of good material]. A couple of miss matched stockings. That sort of thing.
