I love the idea of a society that decided to go for what must be more-expensive holoprojection devices for their police lines instead of tape. Maybe the energy source is efficient enough it's better than actually manufacturing tape?

I can't believe, that Penny is the subject of a crime;-) Or is it a crime, to public hogtie Penny? Anyway I would cross the tape and disturb evidence, to take Penny home, wrapped like that;-)
