More homesteading stuff in the Project! Maybe you're thinking of adding chickens to your property. Here I take you for a tour of Wolf's Chicken Coup. I'll ask them some dumb questions b. I don't know too much about this. But you'll see the setup and process is pretty simple and you can do this too. With it you'll have a continuous supply of fresh eggs, some of which you can freeze dry as Mrs Wolf does. Oh yeah I'll introduce you to the amazing Great Crest Flycatcher birds too.

Polling here showed 84% TNP Patrons want me to continue with my diverse content flow, not just gun content. And most TNPrs say they don't have any money for guns anyhow.

Oh wow, this is diverse content.

I don’t know the first thing about keeping chickens.

Tim Cartwright

I love the homestead vids. Clarkson's Farm is an awesome show! My father who is old enough to have been in FFA and done some farming enjoyed it as well and was telling others.

Food. The next culture war brought to us by these anarcho terrorists in DNC is for YOUR clean healthy FOOD. Drive on yard birds of TnP!! TY Sir!

Pat McGroin

San Diego 92122 checkin. I had nice fresh eggs this morning with some bacon. Sunny side up when they are this fresh. Right out the butt. My coop is even smaller than the entry way coop. Cool distraction. Im in the suburbs and no f’in HOA. Thx nutn.

The Nutnfancy Project

1000% correct. I am making moves to have my audience's food supply independent from these anarcho terrorists, well said sire

The Nutnfancy Project

Now that's what I'm talking about, take note dudes. Here Pat, in a suburban area, shows you how you can have this fresh food supply.

Moe Mansour

Nice! Keep the surprises coming, Nutn!

Jordan Parker

Fun and informative video, thanks for sharing! And thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Wolfman for sharing their setup with us.

Guns, knives, and watches make for great content especially the way you present them but I also enjoy the helk out this type of content. Keep doing it if you can. Thank you.

The Late Boy Scout

We love our 6 backyard hens. We have fresh eggs all the time in the summer, and pretty regularly in the winter. We're in a neighborhood setting, so it's a little different, but their needs are basically the same. They're fun to watch and learn about. Once and a while we let them out of their pen to roam the yard and peck at the grass and bugs, but they typically stay in the pen. They're basically pets that poop out breakfast.

Kevin Cox

We are also watching Clarkston Farm - great series, just finished S3. Fun show.

PTL SCIENCE

10 chickens in the suburbs for 8 years. No coop, just an 8 ft bob fence shaded by solar panels, 8 foot long 2x2 for roosting, 2x3in wire fence in a 13x10ft area, automatic water, automatic food, automatic poop control (sand floor). We've had 2 breeds of dual use (eggs and meat) birds - Welsummer (brown) and Delaware (white). Delaware do better in hot climates, and are honeybee friendly because they are white.

Great video nutn. I have had chickens in the past the eggs are sooooo good. The wolf's are great people. Need to make me a new chicken coop. Love this content keep it up. Love all the outdoor stuff. Hiking etc

William Pierce

Yea, we know about the chickies. I've had 12 (4 different kinds) since Easter of '21. No rooster though as none of us want to hear him in the morning. Good luck with the garden Nutn.

Bernal

I used to have 3 chickens. They're great but they're poop machines.

JFire

Another great topic on how to be self sufficient in these times. Love it

Tell Mr. & Mrs. Wolf thank you for supporting the project! Very cool to share their land with you. Nutn mentioned checking your local regulations… We’re in a gated HOA neighborhood in Miami and somehow a hen appeared in our front yard one day. She bedded down in our bushes and wondered around for a few months.

N. M. Robertson

I definitely want some foul, but I think I would go with ducks or guinea hens. Duck eggs are so delicious, ducks are not as loud as chickens, and guinea hens will completely read your property of red ants and fire ants and any other kind of ant.

N. M. Robertson

I love it that Mrs. Wolf has a way to use all of the eggs even when there are too many for their daily or weekly needs.

N. M. Robertson

I would love to have just two or three laying hens in the backyard coop, but it's not a allowed where I currently live.

Aaron Burnett

Eggs are legit one of the perfect foods, nutritionally speaking. Chickens are a must have for anyone getting into self reliance.

RafterW

That's a deluxe chicken coop. I just built nesting boxes yesterday. We have an old grain bin on our property that I've converted to our chicken coop. I will give you guys a protip. If you know where your nearest Vital Farms barn is to your area, reach out to them, or any other egg production facility for that matter. Every 12-15 month they cycle in all new hens and sell their layers for just a few dollars per bird. This is how we get our hens. We like the Vital barns because they are pastured and the birds are used to being out and about.

RafterW

Raising meat birds is way less work than one may think. It does require a little bit of pre-planning, but if anyone on here is interested in giving it a go, please reach out to me. They take 6-7 weeks from day old chicks to butcher. 3-4 weeks in a brooder to feather and then 4-3 weeks out side in pasture even if you'd like!

BadgerTails

Copy, next POUs will hold a seed catalog review! No kidding, I can't believe the crap we're seeing in the stores!

Brian Driver

I have been raising chickens for years. I currently have four and a rooster which is great for us.

GarageJim_RMB

TNP Expansion Program, like the content.

Adam

Operation Colonel. Sanders is a go.

Diverse caloric source and food self reliance is the cornerstone of individual liberty. Destruction of 110+ food production facilities in previous three years in not a series of accidents. Thank you for continued effort and dedication.

We have those damn Great Nested Fly Catchers here at my house, and yes you are right, they're always pissed off, at least during part of the summer, I believe when they are nesting their young. For about a month, they were dive bombing me every chance they could, but they've kind of chilled out now. As much as they pissed me off, I'd never shoot them, love having the birds around, but them damn prairie dogs, that's another story, lol

OE

Love the homesteading and self-sufficiency content. We plan to do basement birds because our place of residence doesn't allow poultry. Thinking bobwhite to potentially replenish the population here in Ohio, or button quail if the Mrs. puts cosmetic cuteness above all else. Love your firearms stuff, but it's much appreciated to see an array of content.
