First video of its kind here. I'll take you on a tour of sorts checking out a few of the historic TNP shooting drill areas, it's been over 16 years since I've been to some of these. I wonder how they are doing: are they trashed, ruined, or closed down?

We will go to Red Skies 2012, Sledgehammer, Trench Warfare, and near Pinnacle, Point Break, Operation Valkyrie, and more. We'll be riding a long time cast member here, the KTM 1190. Sometimes the wind will clip the audio slightly but overall it's good to go. We'll check out in detail the Sledgehammer area and we will happy to see it is preserved in time...ready perhaps for a re-awakening this year.

Other subjects like road riding on the 1190 (at the end), desert shooting lessons learned, marksmanship and speed in shooting, my knee (sorry), federal troops sent to watch the mormon rebellion, and more will sneak it as well. Time will pass and I think entertainment shall be had. No purchase necessary.

Have TNP Shoot Areas Survived?! Let's See (KTM 1190)

2004 FJR 1300 still riding but the off road and isolated dirt too much @ 66 years of age. Cool adventure thanks!

The Dude

Love the Vlog style videos, Nutn!

Todd Strelka

I'm looking forward to watching this.

The Hide

Awesome! Literally my favorite videos from TNP. Their definitely what got me hooked on the project.

Matthew Sinn

Old school TNP run’n’gun videos have always been my favorite content. Wouldn’t be wrong to say one of the primary reasons I stick around in the clubhouse is the hope that we might see some again. Live a life you don’t need a vacation from.

Mattimus

Agreed, it was a lot of fun to see civilians standing up for their rights and doing this stuff in the face of military elites scoffing.. that’s part of what initially inspired me too.

Mark Horan

Trench Warfare is my favorite. Would love to see that again. What was the drill called for rifles where the Keltec Sob 2000 scored high? I’m glad I bought 2012 V-Strom last summer. Probably one of the least capable adventure bikes for dirt, but 1/2 the price. Point being, it got this novice rider out riding.

Mattimus

Really cool to revisit this chapter of TNP. Miss these landscapes in your videos

Robert Plested

Gave up riding and flying as Parkinsons advanced. I enjoy riding along with you on these videos!

Andrettski

Great to see Sledgehammer and other spots still lookin' good. I'm still waiting for a Yamaha 350 on/off cause I would not be on any long road rides.

The Nutnfancy Project

Understood Robert, I am so sorry to hear that. We all get issues that take us out of the running. I'll keep posting adventures for ya!

The Nutnfancy Project

"What was the drill called for rifles where the Keltec Sob 2000 scored high" That was the Sledgehammer Drill! SU16 got it done and still does ;-)

William H

Thanks for the tour! Great to see the classic TNP topography. With the knee and the great deal of work involved, I'd be stoked with you, Sean or TD tackling scaled down drills, just to hear the post-shoot breakdown. I remember you and TD using low power scopes at close targets, and that was an eye opener.

3jeep

Dude! Totally revisit those old drills!

3jeep

It would be sweet to see officer Jared again. But who knows if he’s still around.

Mudtoa

Revolver Eat Lead 2025 would be Cool !!!

Mike S

Thanks for posting this. I'm getting ready to visit some family out west in Southern NV/UT so it's cool to see what the western US looks like in the springtime.

GarageJim_RMB

Great road trip, thanks for bringing us along. I am a days drive from you, but with a heads up I could be there for. Had my right knee replaced 11/24, has been a slow rehab, couple set backs during recovery, but its KOKO (KeepOnKeepingOn), no turning back. Chopping wood and carrying water.

Z-non

This was cool insight into some behind the scenes TNP. I was wondering if you use an inreach or some type of GPS comms in case you get in trouble out there alone?

Sgt Rowe

I would love to see you go out and redo some of those old drills out in this desert. Take care of that knee my brother I did not realize we’re that close in age. I’ll be 64 in another month.

TRJ

I can still hear the beep of the shot timer and caveats by the excuse cone. Running n Gunning. How about Tactical Toblerone and GMM .308 or .300 WM slung out of REM 700s riding in packs. Red Skies 2012, the Trench, Sledgehammer, Operation Point Break. I was hooked. You had me at Suck Less.

TRJ

Remember when you and PFI ran a mile kitted out next to the truck?

Rick Grad

I still watch those old run and gun videos. It’s nostalgic for me to see the old gear and funny jokes.

Rick Grad

The very young Doodle with the AK and Christmas hat one always a fun one.

steve kerrigan

Loved the scenery and riding. I am not a moto fan, but great basin views are nice. As a Californian, living near a major bike road, can confirm, many of us pull to the right to let bikes pass. I consider a wave mandatory. When one passes on the left and another on the right, I consider that dick moves and don't move. Very stupid on their part.

kylenor

I've been going back a lot recently and re watching and watching some that I missed of the run and guns like Sub Gun Needs, Eat Lead and Inception Sledge. Those videos are so fun and actually originally how I found your channel. The ones with PFI Dude and Dad are my favorites. I would love to see more content like that.

Aaron Carrington

Sledgehammer is what separates TNP from the rest back in the day. I would love to see that, again!

Lynn E Fite, Col (r)

Sledgehammer is a corner stone of TNP. The riding and back country adventures ( side by side, motorcycles) is the second and are very enjoyable to viewers.

Fred R

Hey Nuten, would love to more gun gun drill content again. The drills, adventuring, outdoor gear reviews are why im here. My gun and knives opinions are calcified at this point thus the reviews on that stuff kinda don't interest me. Gonna carry my AR-15 and M&P9 till I die

Schventagon

Loved seeing these locations. There's some great locations for static shooting in Skull Valley, and in the valleys further west there's a load of excellent spots for dynamic shooting movements with backstops and even some permanent targets that people have set up.

Rookie Numbers

Dude. Would love to see some more content in the desert👍

Guy Actual

Desert content for sure!! I need to get back in shape. Let myself go after becoming a dad, and it shows now. Seems like I have a goal. If I were in shape, I'd drive up from Texas, but i'd just embarrass myself right now. "Fat Guy in a little coat, Fat Guy in a little coat"

Steve Feeser

Wow! I love the motorcycle content. I’m in PA no open views like that. But we have really cool forests! I had a 1982 Kawasaki 305 cruiser. Sold it but still haven’t replaced it. I want a small dual sport. I want to ride in our state forests dirt roads and go camping. That would be fun. I don’t have the dirt bike experience to really get crazy though. I know about pains. I’m 57. For fitness I do High rep low weight lifting. I got into Tae Kwon Do 8 years ago. Hope to test for second Dan next week. I’ve got for pain one and shoulder problems. I just take one week at a time. Keep up the great vids. I really appreciate it!!!

JTIII

Would love to see more drills like Sledgehammer.

Hoben Spalding

Watched this from the middle of Tokyo. There couldn't be a more contrasting scenery. This video reminds us of what we love about America.

Bluegill097

Not a moto guy, never will be, but I just tuned in for the trip down TNP Memory Lane. Wish I was closer to volunteer for some old school drills! Endlessly jealous, live it up guys.

Chris Kales

Definitely loved watching the Eat Lead and Sledgehammer drills. The trench was soo beautiful it really stuck out in my memory as one of the best places for a shoot.

David Madison

Thank you for sharing WHERE your biggest shooting spot was. I figured it had to be south west of Salt Lake but I never knew exactly where. Please call up the boys and make more DRILL VIDEOS back there again. They're my favorite

Doc B

Great vidio dude...Been watching you since 2013. Love the theme shoots. I put on similar shoots for my church safety team guys once or twice a year. Lots of work, as you know. I live in Prescott AZ and often go out on scouting trips for good spots to shoot. Getting harder to find for the same reasons...influx of Californians encroaching everywhere...land owners locking down access due to people not respecting the land, leaving junk everywhere. As far as aging and health...hang in there with the positive mindset. I'm a retired Fire Capt.(33 yrs) from Phoenix also a pilot and flew air charters and tours for 10 years after. Now 70 years old and still pretty active. I work in a gun warehouse part time to make ammo $ and I am doing a complete remodel of my house...sore most of the time, a little slower but still kicking.

Michael B warner

Well I can't speak for anyone but myself but I would definitely love to see new 2025 drills. This video was really fun going back and seeing those locations again. I recognized lots of landmarks from videos in the past looking through my soda straw that is the go pro lol. To answer one of you questions I'm in my 40's and in decent health not perfect but not bad either. I ride a 2015 Yamaha Super Tenere it's mainly my commuter to work everyday, for the last six years I've been doing annual rides to Virginia. I ride with a couple close buddies we typically spend 4 to 5 days trail riding through the Appalachians. Back in March we road the Mid Atlantic BDR from Damascus VA up to Moorefield WV. I live about an hour north of Detroit of the three guys I have the longest ride this year I put down a little over 1800 miles in five days it was a great trip. I always wondered what happened to Bugget I had a feeling that he turned duchebag on you it's a real shame because you guys had so many amazing adventures together. Keep the Moto videos coming as well I would like to see you take the 890 out to Jacob's city to do an infield cooking with Nutnfancy video 😁
