Another by request .22 review for you dudes. Now that's not to say most TNPrs like 22s...they don't. Judging from the views they absolutely hate them and only want GTW GRVs...sad. Nevertheless we are going to visit the .22 kingdom again and see what's up.

Here I will show and discuss in detail the very affordable Winchester Wildcat rifle. Lots of shooting was accomplished and I quickly developed an opinion on the gun. The standard stuff is shown and I will discuss my well founded reservations on this gun especially in regards to BOK use!

Plastic Sh**t: Winchester Wildcat 22

I love 22s. Maybe I’m not tacticool enough yet

The Nutnfancy Project

I doubt it. If I post it in YT I will get banned or channel striked. And TNPrs have refused to go to my Rumble account

Matt Geiger

Years ago I watched Paul Harrell review the wildcat, He ended up leaning it up against a tree and using it as a target. I'll just stick with my Marlin 795

Piotr Fraczek

No really, tell us how do really feel about a .22 POS. :) .22's rule. Keep that content coming!

Shot442

No way! I love 22s and 22 videos

Sheepdog

Love my .22's - My first gun was a Remington Speedmaster 552 that I purchased from Sears Catalog at 18 years of age. I think I sold it to a Pawn Shop to make my truck payment after a few years. I wish I still had that one. I've loved .22's since.

Hoben Spalding

Anyone else picked up a Hammerli Force B1? I don't have enough rounds through it yet to formulate any hard opinions, but so far I like it.

JFire

I think it would be a total win if there was an insert that could go in the magazine well and let you use marlin 22 mags or similar “stick” magazines

Aceman1126

Dig the review and 100000% agree with your take on the sadly discontinued Sig 522. It is one of the coolest and best running 22s ever made and I recently found one at a local gun store. I was just on lunch and popped in to see what they had and dang... a 522?! For $299?! Sold hahaha love love love it

Mike S

Haven't heard much about this rifle aside from Paul Harrell's review he did a few years ago. Regardless, I'm looking forward to another .22 review video! Didn't think you had purchased that Savage 64 TD for the Wolvervine, but after buying one used myself, I can see why you got that 64TD. It's a good takedown rifle. Given how the Savage 64 has a steel receiver and good construction, I'd stick with the 64 as the best budget .22LR rifle nowadays. A couple decades ago, I would have recommended the Marlin model 60 as the best budget .22 rifle, but sadly those are not made anymore.

Yes! Finally Nutn! I requested this GRV 2-3 years ago. Crapola or not, thanks for the review. You are truly a servant to your viewers. And I waited. Glad I didn’t buy it. The amount of plastic concerned me when I saw it in the store. Thanks for doing the heavy lifting for this review.

bugout

Thumbs up for 22lr content!!! Saw a great concept vid about nods + suppressed 22lr for a primary WROL kit... i think the farrowtech p17 pdw w its 17rd mags -or- ruger charger w.out stock cheekgun both suppressed are very interesting options. Id love to see a pdw kit for the tx22 compact since a competition upper can be swapped on

matt

I love the 22s. Nice review. I actually have one of these rifles. The reason I did get it was the light weight and the price point. I have a Henry lever gun and a 10 22. The were too heavy for one of my boys. He is a lil stronger now. It is a fun gun to shoot I appreciate all the hard work you do Nutn.

Silas Porter

I would like a review of the Henry AR-7. To my knowledge, it's the only other light weight takedown competitor to the Savage or Papoose. I know your not a fan but I still think it deserves a proper review.

bugout

Mag options suck

Silas Porter

Agreed, but the rifle is only 3.5 pounds.

Andrettski

I'm a huge 22lr fan Nut'n

Casey Jones

I always push back when Nutn says “no one watches the .22lr vids”. The clubhouse peeps do! .22’s are fun!

Casey Jones

See Nutn! The Clubhouse is roaring with .22 fans

Chuck Cribbs

I actually own one of these with a scope on it. For the money and the fact that it has a threaded barrel, takes Ruger 10/22 mags, it’s lightweight and it was only $179, it’s great.

bugout

Keltec p17 in farrowtech pdw kit... IMO better option... or... printed 1022 charger chassis w bare receiver (shaves alot of weight)

Silas Porter

The Keltec is definitely a cool option. However it and the 10/22 charger are more than twice as expensive as an AR-7. I'm not saying the AR-7 is the best option for everyone, I would just like it to be represented.

Garrett Dismukes

How you haven’t reviewed a tippman m4 22lr? Mind blown. Tactical 22 perfection

Mike S

I'm surprised that Nutn has not reviewed that rifle yet. Was at an Appleseed rifle class back in 2020. The guy next to me got rifleman in that one class with a Tippmann 22lr.

Ben horton

You should review the new model 10/22s again. A revisit, be a good view count.

DudeDudeDude

Love the 22 content personally. Some of my favorite content has been reviews of the buckmark, ruger mark, victory, savage, cz, marlin rifles, 617 single six etc.

DudeDudeDude

I know those Henry golden boys will wear you out shooting them offhand and I am a big guy. A little larger than NUTN. My arms get tired pretty quick.

DudeDudeDude

Those speedmasters were outstanding.

DudeDudeDude

I shoot probably 7500ish rounds a year of bulk 22. I shoot it when I do not have quality time available to spend with the reloading press which is often.

DudeDudeDude

I also prefer the 48 over the 43. I do not get the short slide long/normal grip thing.

Squid556

I like how easy it is to clean but if not for your review… wouldn’t have known it’s a debris highway to my eye 👁️

Austin

Nutn, what would you do if russia invaded lets say. Military is loading you and your family on a C17 and they say you can bring nothing.

Alex H

I bought the performance center TC22 after watching your review and love it. Paid itself off that winter and spring. I was helping a guy out shooting coyotes and beavers off his land he bought for whitetail hunting. He'd give me $50 a kill and id sell the pelts on top of it.
