There is a video on X of it quite close up. I cannot see how it was not immediately fatal. I have an EMS background and the immediate posturing of his arms looks like a spinal cord injury with the obvious carotid bleed I pray for him it was an instant death without suffering. I've always been nervous in large crowds but this seals it for me and my family. This only adds fuel to the fire and does enrage me. They do not care who they kill or whether they widow a wife and two children.

If you study how groups and insurgencies grow this follows the pattern. Remember the July 4rh attack on ICE in Texas? It was an attempt to move up a step on the ladder, like most such early attempts it failed and without the numbers willing to take the consequences of arrest or death you won't see large attemps for a while. What you will see and have seen since are smaller numbers of 1-3 making the attacks. Then you will have individuals fixated on an individual target and feeling emboldened enough to take the risk. If the attackers aren't protected by others in thier community it dies down for a while again, but if they are sheltered and protected and kept out of the hands of authorities the act becomes prove it can be done and it will spread. Numbers wise they won't be ready for a major push until at least the mid terms but most likely 2027. On the flips side without extreme effortts from those in power to down play the individuals assassinated this creates martyrs to rally around and causes further polarization.

Let's face it, our media and tech companies answer to the CCP in order to gain access into their growing economy. They brainwash these people to believe words constitute violence in hopes to kindle an American Civil War. I wasn't the biggest watcher of Charlie Kirk, but he always seemed to conduct himself with poise and dignity. And you can tell he loved the debates he did. Needless to say, I was shocked when both my friend and sister texted me the news this afternoon. A few comments below noted that the Democrats are "evil." I have been noting that for some time. Below is the text from a sign I had on my car for the last 3 months of the 2024 election cycle, starting "Democrats are Evil." Charlie used to say that once you stop talking, then divorce happens, civil wars happen, etc. And, they killed him for that. He was giving them a platform to express their ideas and have good natured head-to-head debates. And, they killed him for that. So, I don't think we can "turn the cheek" again. The outlook is looking pretty ugly.

Just for some information from behind enemy lines in Chicago; but I think its important nonetheless (and sorry for the long post). For full transparency, I'm a Chicago police officer for the past 29 years and I keep a close on on my two siblings who (as much as I'm disgusted by) are very involved with the national DNC. 1) The word from the DNC is that they are terrified and reeling from this brutal assassination. Not for any moral reasons of course but because they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA of how to react to this obvious escalation while continuing to lose ground. At first I thought they are afraid of actual retaliation and revenge (which you can just see in the look of fear on the face of far-left bubble-heads like AOC) but for the real powers behind the scenes its because this has sidelined their plans and any hope of gaining momentum nationally. 2) My sibling is a DNC delegate. They let it slip months ago that the plan for 2028 was for Gretchen Whitmer and Pete Buttigieg to win the Democratic primary. The Dems knew Gavin Newsome and JB Pritzker were never going to be taken seriously and were simply to run interference and take President Trump's arrows while Whitmer and Buttigieg came in to save the country as "moderates". (The thought of our oversized bumbling IL governor as an offensive lineman making a hole so Pete Buttigieg can score the winning touchdown is hilarious even in these dark times.) The other plan was for Michelle Obama and Josh Shapiro to make the run until they figured out Michelle was just as dumb and unlikeable as Kamala and any Democrat Jew running had to answer for AIPAC and Israel's apparent thirst to start WWIII. Their bold plan to flip Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania (through the big cities) has failed as well. 3) The calls to action from the Democrats' far-left brownshirts have been enormous flops. ANTIFA, BLM and Soros-funded professional insurgent squads have not shown up when needed. Instead the Frankenstein monsters they have created for the last 20 years have: drug-induced trans-terrorists, card-carrying communist imbeciles (like mayor Brandon Johnson and soon-to-be Zohran Mamdani) and the university indoctrinated nose-ring Incels have pushed their way to the front of the line. (The assassin of Charlie Kirk will undoubtedly be one of these...take your pick). And let's not forget the ever-present black and illegal alien crime wave. This has made the Democrats weaker. And not by a little but by a lot. For all their apparent glee in smoking a popular MAGA influencer I can't imagine all the mental gymnastics and hand-wringing going on at CNN, MSNBC and The New York Times over the past two weeks. Their base of suburban soccer moms, ghetto church ladies and union workers ain't rejoicing the murder of a 31 year-old upper middle-class husband and father from Arlington Heights, IL. Furthermore, this heinous public execution hasn't intimidated even the normie Republicans and RINOS. 4) Federal law enforcement has made real gains against far-left radicals and human-trafficking in the past 9 months. Now I don't know if this is by design or pure luck but I've seen it on the ground. Even with the bumbling incompetence of Kash Patel and Pam Bondi, Operation "Midway Blitz" has been an overwhelming success so far. They are running rings around the interference of our governor, mayor and courts. Undercover Feds have thoroughly infiltrated far-left groups like ANTIFA and La Raza. In the past week major seizures of fentanyl, illegal funds and arrests of human traffickers have been made in the Chicago area. The deportations may not make a dent in the actual number of illegals in the next four years...but the continued deportations past 2028 definitely will. The Chicago Police are now working days-off canceled in riot gear but the streets are empty and the violent attacks on ICE ops and facilities don't appear to be happening. Black crime continues on of course but they continue to target Democrat voters and businesses. The CPD's hands are tied but any Republican or patriot left here has their concealed carry and have no problem smoking goblins (33 in the past four years and that's what we know of). + I'm infuriated by the brutal execution of Charlie Kirk just like every other patriot. I would like to lash out myself as it seems like our side continues to take one hit after another with no end in sight. I don't want inaction to appear as weakness but I believe we are in the middle of an insurgency...NOT A CIVIL WAR. And I believe the assassination was not a win for their side but an ACT OF DESPERATION. The enemy continues to bleed itself to death while driving their socialist plans for America 2.0 into the ground. Our side keeps on keeping on. And if I had any real power I would urge that our side not make the mistakes our country made say like in the "GWOT" and overreact. I'm uncertain what the next few months look like but I guess I'm more hopeful than most. May Charlie Kirk rest in peace...and never be forgotten.

I was thinking that as well until I watched video after video of the event and the arrest of Zinn. There were a lot of leftist protestors there. Where they were situated in the crowd and with a little wind or distraction, a shot could have hit them in the back of the coconut as well. I don't think they are that brave or this was well-planned.

I agree. The far-left has pushed and pushed for their "insurgent army" to attack ICE facilities here in the Chicago area. It hasn't happened even though it certainly is possible. The pear-shaped ANTIFA and keffiyeh-wearing Che Guevara-types have learned that an ICE facility is not a Minneapolis or Seattle police station.
