Another great Luminox watch, the "Navy SEAL 4200 series will attract dudes that love that military association. But all this doesn't mean much if the watch sucks. It does not. The Navy SEAL features near perfect hands, a blackened SS case (rare for a Luminox, most are Carbonox), tritium T25 tubes, 23mm rubber and nylon straps, sapphire crystal, and an outstanding 3D caseback. This watch was indeed tested in the Ocean as shown also. Like many other Luminox watches I've reviewed, this NS is also highly recommended.

I'm still trying to decide if I want to pick up a stealthy sea duck. A black Friday deal might push me over the edge. This ones super cool too, though. But I like how the sea duck is blacked out.

Why no mention of Deep Blue? Seems like a much better comparison than the 5.11 with no tritium.

I think the Luminox brand is cool. I like that it drips that military aesthetic. Not all their pieces are for me but this one is very cool. I like the shape of the hands and the sharp, technical dial. Would be a nice one to add to the collection. Rock on Nutn! Thanks for the water work.

Watch show!!! I find myself not too interested in a lot of Nutn's tastes in watches (although he turned me on to Alpina Seastrong, which is my daily, so that was a mega win. Still I "watch" the show because I love the commentary and the perspective. Oh, by the way, love the yellow face on that isobrite! Every so often I'll poke around for an attractive, not too big, auto chrono (used of course!) but I'm sitting tight for now with the seastrong!

Love this style of Luminox watches! Have an old Navy Seal 3050 with black face & orange markings. Always wanted the reverse orange face, black markings, but never found it.
