They are striking in appearance, made in the USA, and of course have great lume. The Lum-Tec RPM is a cross between a pilot chronograph (of sorts) and a "racing" theme watch. Hands, case, markings are all good. But one thing sinks it for me. AVI-8 Carey Dual time watches https://avi8.sjv.io/PzA3zj Benchmade Infidel https://alnk.to/28VOOFy

Totally agree. I can get a sharp Invicta or Deep Blue diver watch (mech drive or solar)for much less. Granted Lum Tec is USA made. For a daily, work watch, I typically wear a Casio G-shock or Pro Trek. Both are an outstanding value.

Love the watch reviews keep them coming. What’s durability on these sorts of things for shooting? Dumb question but I blew out a Casio shooting .44 mags. All my analog Seikos and Shinolas and the like get put away when the guns come out. Would be interested on your take on a gun ready analog watch solution or considerations for people who get G-Shock burn out. I like this watch. It ticks a lot of boxes for me but agreed I hate non-labeled chronos. I can barely tolerate non-labeled hour markings (only on the simplest time pieces with clearest presentation) and the big ring doesn’t do anything for me. Hard to justify spending $500 (for me) if you don’t love it.

I could never justify in my mind spending that much on a watch of any sort. But hey, spend it if you got it.

Such a cool looking watch… too bad it doesn’t have something cool like eco-drive
