This watch has been sold and is long gone in my collection but here's my 2018 review of the "Techne Harrier GMT!"  I has some good things about it.  But in the end it did not connect to me and I ended up never wearing it.  I didn't like its overly complicated presentation, its low quality, its small size, and its high price for a Chinese watch (marketed as a Swiss watch).   Not recommend really.   Below are some true pilot watch faves...these ALL will all sell out soon so get them while you can...links won't work in near the future!

I've noticed those Navihawk A-t's fluctuate pretty wildly in price sometimes, whereas they're Skyhawk with the blu-ang colors seems to be around forever. It's pretty common on the used market, too, you don't see nearly as many A-T's floating around.

Good video. Ur right about the face being too busy.

I love that Bamford has a build your own online configurator , hope it caches on with others. Car industry has had it figured out for years, bremont has started also but first attempt is weak. nice to have them the way you want with out having to "program" them.

As far as I’m concerned, skeletonized hands are a deal breaker.

I'm not a gambling man, but that watch face reminds me of a roulette table.

The Nutnfancy Project

That is correct. Jomashop is the go to place for the Navihawk, that's where I bought yours.

Sinn makes a awesome UTC pilots watch. Actually everything they makes pretty slick. I know its not everyone's cup of tea to purchase a watch more than 150-250 dollars but they are heirloom quality stuff that your children will love to have one day.

Good analogy...just too much going on. I notice Techne has dropped this model btw.

I wish that watch had reviewed better it has a lot of potential. I'm in the market for a new watch and I tend to like the field watches, I've had a Bertucci Dx3 field for 3 or 4 years and I love it. I've put it through a lot of abuse over the years. Honestly Surprised NUTN hasnt mentioned the brand. The price point is great. Quality to my knowledge is quite well. Have any of you guys had a bad experience with the brand?

Too bad , was totally ready to buy lol. I’m slowly getting into watches, have a have dozen give or take. I just got a Timex Expedition you did a vid on a while ago, put a blue barton band on it and it totally changes the feel/dynamic of that watch... awesome!

Momentum SMOKEJUMPER [44MM] is my choice.

I could sense the lack of enthusiasm for this one!

Do you think we might get a TNP watch someday?

Curran Carini

Nutn, have you seen Maratacs latest GMT release? Gorgeous plain face watch. Beautiful legible hands.

JRP

Agreed. I have a 104 and really love it.
