I am having issues with Patreon today too. I want to end my donation with 2 Patreons(neither of them are you lol) and i just keep getting a turning circle when I try.

Love an A1; it's what we used in summer camp at Ft. Bragg in 88 (Fishburne military school JROTC summer camp) We also got to fire the PIG (M-60) on the 900-meter range, every third round a tracer, no one left without a huge grin. Great memories!!!!

Matthew Kirkpatrick

I wish JROTC was like that nowadays. When I was in I was the captain of the marksmanship team. All we had were .177 cal air rifles shooting at 10 meters haha.

Thank you. That was a very nice bedtime story.

A Random Walk

Amazing that after 60 years the A1/A2 continue to look sleek and impressive and modern. Granted, its task is made easier by our M-Lok/Picatinny world but still, it’s aged incredibly well. Or it could be I’m just old. :-) Great to see the raw field work.

Simplicity is it's own virtue. Thanks Nutn and Sean.

Mobius 1

I always wanted a retro styled AR-15.

Mobius 1

This would be great for my St. Louis McCloskey couple Cosplay!

Look up "freedom toons" on you tube. They have a Mccloskey spoof.

The correct company name is Windham Weaponry, not Windham Armory. Formerly Bushmaster before bought by Remington.

Hey Nutn, you made reference to the front sight post in the vid. Can you post a link to that product please?

Awesome review. Like the raw, uncut, even though I usually really appreciate more commentary. You mention that the internals are super-high-quality, want to hear more about that. I have a WW and love it, it's been perfectly reliable, accurate, not to mention soft-shooting (it's in 308), etc... But I'm not sure what WW's putting out is war-ready like stuff from higher-end AR producers. Maybe I'm falling prey to "tactical elitism"? But is that castle nut gonna shake loose after a couple thousand rounds??
