"open the canopy so they can see the dudes" LOL

David Gaines

This is gonna be an awesome series! I don’t personally own any guns that aren’t modern but I still appreciate the old school. When can we get that special edition TNP watch?!

Todd Strelka

Ooh, a fun way to wind down on a Friday night! Thanks for sharing the TNP WWII rifles with us.

The Nutnfancy Project

You bet buddy. I've been in editing ALL DAY to get both these reviews out. Thanks for being here. Enjoy that snow, send me some pics if you go.

Andrettski

So funny I was currently watching some WWII stuff on NATGEO. Love the old stuff.

TechNeck

just picked up a MK4 enfield this week, going to go zero it this weekend. Add it to the collection with my grandfathers P14 (which i do like much better), Now ijust have a M1 garand to assemble. For the record the p14/p17 were primarly used as sniper rifles in both ww1 and ww2. Mine is 1.25 moa with 180gr sprn 303britt and i have no issue putting it on a 2/3 ipscc target at 500m with a med power scope, and 300m with irons .

Andrew Mullins

Love my WWII rifles and wouldn't trade them for nothing lol. Great video!

Scott Reichard

I left comments .. and now cant find them. ?? Have mosin , garand , 03 springfield , mauser , sks , and m 1 carbine. what would you add to a ww2 rifle collection ? For 1000 to 1200 or so current prices ?? Appreciate your opinions . Thanks

Super Bob

Love it when td shows up

RowdyRon

Great series Nutn. Seriously appreciate all the hard work.

andrew billings

Oh dang it! I work on a Bering sea fishing boat, I can’t down load from Patreon from our satellite internet, have to wait until we go to town, can’t wait to watch!! Nice Work, love mil surp rifles!!

Younggun995

Appreciate all the work you put in nutn! Last week I found myself looking for a specific MC review and all the bike reviewers followed the same print out that was undoubtedly handed out by the manufacturer. I was sitting there thinking hmm I wonder if nutn wants to buy another bike to review lol

Jonny Sprague

20:50 Saw those stocked ammo shelves... My heart skipped a beat....

Sanguine Potato

I have a Swiss K31, I was lucky to get it and a bunch of surplus ammo right before the imports dried up. It's an excellent and accurate rifle, I really like it.

The Nutnfancy Project

Another Garand! That would be my top choice. If not the 1917 Enfield Eddystone shown here, really a nice piece and fun.

The Nutnfancy Project

I do have two other moto review waiting for me to do: BMW K1600GTL and then a KTM 790. I can do the latter b. Charles New here in TNPP bought me a rental on that one to use sometime! And you're correct, all the moto reviewers just following the mfr talking points.

The Nutnfancy Project

The way we were...them shelves is barren now and have been that way for so long, so sad

The Nutnfancy Project

We do too! Thanks for touching base from the Bearing Sea...we are impressed! We'll try to do more milsurp stuff here and there but don't want to wear it out. Stay safe AB!

The Nutnfancy Project

You have great timing SP. I have found with the increased sales of all things guns, the milsurp also went along for the ride...all are very hard to find and more $$ for sure. Crazy days.

Younggun995

They don't even try to hide it. They all say the same thing in the same order. Can't wait to see the moto reviews! Still loving my dl1000

Maxreverse

M1 Garand from CMP is my #1 choice. Outstanding accuracy. Thanks for all your reviews Nutn. Keep up the great work Go AF Aim High.

Westin Albers

Love this stuff Nutn! Your M1 Garand videos I still watch yearly!

Nathan P Hubsch

I'd love to smoke your run and gun with my mosin. You still haven't reviewed the Finish M39 mosin, the best there is. I still need reloading supplies for mine to shoot the D166 round that it was designed for.

Schmuckatelli

I have a Garand, a Mauser K98 (Russian capture), a Colt M1911 A1 that my father gave me, a S&W M1917 .45ACP revolver, a Beretta M9 (because I carried one in the service), and a new Sig P320/M17. My dad was Army and I was in the Marine Corps (a source of never-ending jokes when he was still around), so I'm drawn to the old military surplus stuff. I would really like to get my hands on an M1A1 and an M1 carbine at some point, but both being mag-fed semi-autos, I'm concerned the leftists will send them all to the scrap heap before I can rescue a couple for myself.

Jordan Parker

This is a fun video! Rifles of this era are my favorite to collect and shoot, and I enjoy hearing Nutn and TD's thoughts on each one. Looking forward to part 2.

Hector D

Love this video format. I am trying to collect WWI and WWII C&R firearms, which is why I obtained my C&R FFL (not sure that was a great idea. Now the left wing loons know too much about me). The M1903 A3 is my favorite. Garands are great (and I have a few). Bolt actions are such classics. Looking forward to Part II.

Gilberto Esquivel

This was great. When you busted out that Japanese Rifle it made me miss my grandpa: a Tejano who was a Sailor in The Big One...Fighting them in the Pacific Theatre. He would have never touched one of those rifles let alone bring one home he hated them so much... What an interesting video. I usually go to hickock 45 for this kind of thing, but I like how you guys rate on how effective these weapons and calibers would perform based on your modern day understanding of the limitations and advantages such weapons might have posed to Combat Vets who are long gone...too bad they are no longer around to confirm or deny such speculation...terrific content!

Ted C

I also got a K31 and a full ribbon box of GP11 in March, best decision ever. Value of the rifles has sky rocketed. Took it deer hunting.

Racing Psychosis

The comic shop though would have had a long haired hippie that smelled of mary-j and had the worst teeth that you have ever seen in your life behind the counter.

Jardine

Those ww2 guns are fantastic. Part 2 coming soon I hope?

Racing Psychosis

3-4 minutes are most of my kart race videos. You could go through 8-10 of them in 30 minutes on my channel. Although my building videos with my dad are our most popular ones, building racing and reproducing racing karts from scratch.

Scott Reichard

I have 3. Garands. All cmp. One m1-c sniper and 2 pretty nice ones. I shoot the worst one as per usual. The enfield i dont know much about. That could be a great pick. I got several mosins when they were 90 to 100 bucks for a tula with all the accessories. Thanks. I will look for a high quality enfield / eddystone ..

GrayMurse

Not that it saw major service in WW2 but the K31 from Switzerland! Straight pull bolt action. Most of them are in great condition yet and are fantastic shooters. Can find them for $600-1500

Andrew Baldwin

I've noticed my Mosins shoot tighter groups as the temperature drops. Those old girls love being cold

Andrew Haley

I love the milsurp videos! I have the ES P14, crazy accurate. 24/47 is my favorite. Thanks guys.

Steve Ouellette

Those Eddystones were at Dave Cooks chained together in barrels for $100. Dave Cooks were in the mall. 1986. There were many Arisakas on the market and they had a reputation as being very strong actions in the 1960s. Chrysanthemum crests were rare as they’d been ground off by US armorers. My 6.5 was modified to shoot 257 Roberts with 6.5 bullets. Usually 130 or 160 gns

The most enriching training class participated in was an Appleseed event. This unique integration of American history and proven marksmanship education made for a fun weekend. After completion of Appleseed, one can apply to Civilian Marksmanship Program. The CMP offers a great amount of information and one avenue for historic firearm purchase. Part two is eagerly anticipated. Thank you for the continued effort and dedication.

Aaron

Enjoyed #1. Looking forward to #2. Always enjoy the harmless wood stock classics😉

Kinoons

As you and TD elude to, these rifles have soul. I have several old C&R rifles and pistols and they are a treasured portion of my collection.

Sheepdog

Cool video, that makes me want to get a Garand.

Green Mountain Boys

The older I get, the more I appreciate machining, wood and steel... love my '03, love my Sharps, Hawken and saving up for a first flintlock purchase in the spring. Thanks for this series, dig it.

Aaron

Thank you for inspiring me to watch EmpireStrikes Back...again! Love the WWII rifles. Have several myself. Both grand dad’s in WWII. Great rifles. TD said all. Keep up the great work!

John Unterkofler

Is that a Ju88 on the top shelf there? Love the guns! Amazing stuff. Btw Star Wars is still cool and the snow speeder is sick!

Cyberstump

Sooo... part 2? Hopefully coming soon? I recently acquired a 1903a3 and an M1 Garand, now I can’t get enough of these rifles :)
