De-complicate your life with the slim wearing Mondaine Swiss watch. This is the very popular "Swiss Railway" watch you may have heard of. It's slim, made to last, has a high quality leather strap, uses a Ronda quartz mvmnt, and has class leading readability. This is actually the watch that inspired me to start watch programming to improve watch hand legibility across all my other models (seen in other WRVs).

My favorite will be the 42mm version shown in detail here (link below while it lasts, also can request for cheaper from Drop with link); it's still very compact but wears bigger than it is. Black and white 40mm Mondaine Classics are also shown. The red popsicle seconds hand is a riot too. Highly rec'd.

High Respect, Low Cost: Mondaine Watches

I remember when this first came out there was talk about it being a future collectible classic. It has a strong, distinctive design language, and it's in a price bracket that may not keep it in the safes and winders for the next few decades, leading to attrition. Weirder things have gotten more expensive!

Off topic... I searched "nutnfancy" on youtube and found that the channel will not show up in the results. Not even if you filter by channel. The videos themselves and the B channel link will show up. But not the main channel link. Just ridiculous.

Just picked up the Seiko Arnie with the Pepsi bezel . I really love it . Going full Terminator with a stainless steel case shroud mod and Strapcode stainless braclet. Do I need another so soon ? Gonna watch (not🤭sorry) , and find out .🙂

The back-lit lume is cool!

Love the inspiration of this watch. It's sold through on Drop and unavailable on Amazon (for the lug-less model). I found it on eBay for $180, but I think I' wait and see if I can get it on Drop cheaper when they get another shipment in.

2 months ago I was like “don’t get into watches”... G-shock arrived today. Black Duro on wrist. Blue Duro vs. blue Orient Kanno ordered this morning. Islander pilot dlc in the mail. Fak..

That's because YouTube has de-listed me. They are not sending out notifications or will even show my Channel. I have Tweeted on this. I am fighting this battle. As I have indicated, YT has been at war with me the whole time, this is just one step from cancellation. Never trust Google or YT. Patreon has never hassled me here...ever.

Moe Mansour

I knew they were repressing you in the algorithms. But I didn't realize they de-listed the channel. For what it's worth, I'll follow you to whichever platform. Already made an account on Bitchute, Rumble, etc.

Moe Mansour

This is ironic. I just saw the Red Pill video. I shoulda watched it before commenting.

i have a hands-mod suggestion. put a dab of luminescent paint on the back of the circle of the second hand. would look sick!

Phillip Robinette McKracken

Different result here. I am subscribed on YT, and see your videos posted 5 days ago there right now. Not sure of the full definition of "delisted" though...

If you watch Nutn's WRVs you'll go from "I don't need a watch" to "which of my 35 watches should I wear today.

Nutnfancy and his Racist "Blackface" watches... lol Just kidding, I really like the Mondaine line of watches, but then again I'm a fan of the Seiko 5 series too. Hay Nutn, Might you ever do a video on Watch Tools? doesn't have to be long, but just some tools that you need, don't need and maybe what to watch out for with the tools. Thanks for a cool video. P.s I really like the GITD Gundom Patch

Kevin Stogsdill

Not watch related..but is there a intercom you can recommend for motoadventures?

The Nutnfancy Project

So fun having a "watch quiver" And it will never be made illegal and it's cheap to do!

The Nutnfancy Project

Sena is what we use and they work good. Sometimes they don't synch up easily though.

Love the watch reviews! Just got a Deep Blue Master 1000 and loving it. This one will go on the list too for the right price. Got into your channel with guns and knives but in corona times I find myself sticking to the same system pretty consistently (prioritizing 1st cool). HOWEVER...I will swap watches to my heart's content, and I'm surprised how much enjoyment in the day I get when picking out the watch and going through the collection. Thanks for the addiction!

rediius

I had never really considered this but the transforming mobile suits were always my least favorite because they try to do too much and usually are terrible at both. Always making me think, Nutn.

Nancy Merrell-Robertson

Nutn, you've inspired me to buy a set of watch tools so I can do the number one thing my watches always need: battery replacement!

Tacticaldoodle

I still haven't been able to watch zeta all the way through. Given their anti-grav magic there just ain't much point to it, unless they care about reentry. There are a couple cool ones though, the zeta plus, the delta plus, and the ReZels brought it into the more tactical, realistic angle, even though it doesn't accomplish much.

Tacticaldoodle

They are getting better with each iteration. I tried out a newer one a while back and it was an improvement in every respect, and the 20 series was great!

The Nutnfancy Project

I have tried that before. That style of paint just globs and is very hard to work with. But I'm still looking for one that won't.

The Nutnfancy Project

".. I'm surprised how much enjoyment in the day I get when picking out the watch and going through the collection. Thanks for the addiction!" You are most welcome and that's what it's all about. Guys that give a watch collection a chance should find the same thing: it's really fun to switch them out and you'll be using it lots!
