I am in the mood for Shotgun reviews. Loved your "Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Cachuck, Cackuck, Boom, Boom, fights over" line for the Stoeger review.

David Gaines

I bought the DB15 (5.56) after the great success of the TNP recommended DB10. It is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it more. Can’t wait for this review to confirm my genius

David Gaines

Nutn, what do you think about the Glock 35 anniversary watch?

Green Mountain Boys

Curious to know if folks think that x39 and 300 Blackout are going to be on par price wise before too long?

Zak Orendorff

I’m definitely interested in this or the DB10. Great vid

weston wilson

i love those Lancer mags. I got the red purp, clear and smoke. Like them wish they did blue

Lon N

I suspect ex-Soviet client states will be dusting off their x39 ammo factories to cash in. I also would not be surprised if a manufacturer like Hornady see's a market niche to exploit.

Todd Strelka

It's nice to see another value AR put together well. Glad Diamondback nailed it on this one. Watching this gets me excited to get out and shoot my M&P 15 Magpul MOE. It's been too long. Didn't want to shoot my stash. BTW, I used to live in Las Vegas and Florida. Nutn could be a retiree in either place with those glasses. 😁

Lon N

I'm always in for another GRV, thanks Nutn. 300 BO just isn't in my "practical use" category unless I see a need for a suppressed AR or an AR with less than 10" barrel. I will however, shamelessly pander for some 6.5 Grendel content.

Dawson Rabb

Opened up with me laughing out loud! Those glasses! Love and appreciate your sense of humor Nutn!

Tacticaldoodle

Kinda funky to see them go there, but everyone knows the "lifestyle marketing" bug has caught on ever since ferrari did it so long ago. This could be a fine place to go, judging from the numbers of 5.11 watches I see in the club. Kinda funny how they manage to segregate the firearms fans into this weird reservation where we buy everything only from the small range of approved manufacturers. I've talked gear with guys before and they're 5.11 head to toe, with S&W edc, asking if I've heard of "Uh, this watch brand, citizen? I heard they're good but I've never seen 'em before". The watch itself seems likke a better effort than many others, at least. Most of the time they'd slap their logo on the face of some COTS option and call it good, having their own design details is pretty cool. The bands look rad. I've come to appreciate solar, (at least citizen, their power cells seem much, much better than casio for me) as long as you take it out and charge it enough.

Tacticaldoodle

Now, as to being worth the money, who knows. I don't know if it will appreciate in value like other brands (HK?) might if it's totally discontinued. I wish they'd brag about their industry partner, to know who's making it and doing the parts. I would expect the movement to be a standard off the shelf quartz movement, but I can't think of any off the top of m' head that are solar powered. It's an interesting one, for sure. Sapphire, solar, supposedly robust, so it's got some stuff going for it, if the style is up your wheelhouse, it could be an interesting addition.

Tacticaldoodle

I wouldn't expect super premium prices any time soon, as Lon said, lots of places have been set up to churn out AK food, I'm sure there's some way to rebadge components somewhere out there, too. We'll see more czech, or polish, or maybe even funkier states like Lithuania, Bela, etc. before too long. It's too good a market to pass up, and these guys might have a great chance!

David Gaines

Thanks, doodle. Kind of what I’m thinking. I wish they would list more specs so I could have a better idea of what I’m getting. I’d buy it to wear it, not to keep for resale or collect. If I bought it for $400 and sold it for $800 in two years that wouldn’t change my life so it’s not a factor for me. I only collect things that I am willing to put into use.

Gregory J Hansen

Nutn, this has nothing to do with this video, but I would like to say that I have watched Winter Sense at least 5 times. I would especially love to see more youth group adventures (or if not possible, any adventures). Thx. Greg

David Gaines

I’d really like for the hands to be solid too. That would make it a must have.

Casey Jones

I’m a .300OB fan, but not for the same reasons as most. It’s a short range hunting cartridge for me, hogs and deer. It could flex into a home defense role but as Nutn points out, too expensive to shoot all the time. Niche cartridge for niche applications. Great vid!

Gregory J Hansen

I think they give me hope for future generations.

Z-non

Did nutn actually buy a bunker?

The Nutnfancy Project

I'd blend right in, maybe I can run for Del Boca Vista Condo prez too! And you ain't alone in not shooting much, I hear that from a lot of guys. Ammo hard to find and too $$. .22s!

The Nutnfancy Project

"shamelessly pander for some 6.5 Grendel content" Copy that Lon, it is on the list for sure

The Nutnfancy Project

It's funny you have that on your mind. I was going to do another one last year but our snow drop was so lame it just couldn't happen. If you we have a big winter out here this year, you got it!

JC

More shotguns, carry options, saddle reviews, shotgun light reviews, etc.

Maplebrew

300 Blk is a no fly cartridge with two young men who are very interested in firearms just for purely safety. One mixed round and it changes everyone’s life. Not worth the benefits. I’ll either load sub sonic 308 or shoot my 25-20 lever gun (Winchester 1892).

Green Mountain Boys

Right there with ya Lon.... Wolf 6.5 had just settled into the "almost reasonable" price range for about a month before the announcement. Glad I bought when I did.

JC

I'm new here. Only a couple months. Nutn said you are the coolest, basest group ever. Happy to be here.

Schmuckatelli

Welcome aboard, JC. Stick around. You're in for a good time here at Professor Nutnfancy's School of Boom Boom. Get your credit card ready. You will be lured in by the Dark Temptress that is to say....the desire to buy EVERYTHING that TNP reviews (guns, knives, watches, UTVs, kayaks, bugout bags, prepping gear, and even the occasional TBD - tactical Barbi doll). https://youtu.be/N-eRiXnG6_E

Kenny VanCleave

I bought a DB380 back in the day, which was a Tuesday if your wondering. It sucked big time and I wanted to love it. It was the closest thing to a Glock 380 at the time. But dang, it jammed more times than a Rolling Stone tribute band. I sold it and never looked back. That was ten years ago and thanks to you I may have to look into diving back into those murky waters. Someone please throw me a rope.

Kenny VanCleave

I thought you said you were in Montana? Wink wink.

Fiddler 181

I Almost bought the Diamondback in .300. I ended up with a SA Saint 9" I don't regret my choice, but the DB are nice.

JC

Who here is from Kansas?

Lon N

I decided to adopt 6.5 Grendel about a year and a half ago after considering it for a couple years. Wolf was $129 / 500 at the time- I ordered 2 thousand. After it came I had a flashback to when 5.45x39 first came here and you could get 2180 (maybe 2160) rounds for $119. I ate ramens for a while stocking up after that memory. That 6.5 Grendel Wolf makes has a 7n6 style bullet like the first 5.45 that has a reputation for tumbling like crazy.

Lon N

Nearby Nebraska. I know there is another Nebraskan and a Iowan who are TNPer's.

Jason Boyles

Those glasses are distractingly bad! Please, no more douchey fade lenses! Ugh! Lol

RowdyRon

Really nice to see DB put out a reliable firearm. I well remember your review of their handgun - complete disaster. I'm an AK guy, so what's with this heat you mentioned in the receiver? :)

Nathan Simms aka Darkpriest

I offered to send my DB15CCB to Nutn 5 years ago. I have since sold it, but it was an amazing rifle, for SIX THOUSAND rounds. No joke I put 6k rounds through it in 4 years and sold it right before COVID, I had bought it for 430 dollars (with tax) the month after Trump got elected. The DB15 rifles are amazing. If you can get one for a good price, I'd put it up against any of the major brands.

Gilberto Esquivel

Nice Elton John Glasses Nutn. You do you girlfriend don't listen to these jack holes! ..Btw...I bought my first built DB15 5.56 Nato back in 2015...and it guards my family's property in Texas...I pitty the fool who tries and harm my Brothers family if/when that Rifle gets deployed. Also, I had a BRAND NIB Glock 19's pin walk out on me one time at the range...just sayin.

Ryan Reese

I know that I’m late to the party but that exact Roger’s Super Stock came factor my Wal-Mart Colt LE6820. Awesome OE value.

Morgan Watts

Those Rogers super stocks are so under rated!!

Dak in Back

If you’re going to run an SBR/ pistol suppressed, .300 blk is hard to beat. If you’re not…why?! I love my 10.5” .300 blk but I built mine. Cheaper and to my own spec/POU

James Young

That Wolf 6.5 Grendel ammo had solid performance in some gel tests. Good stuff to stock.

Red dog 1

I was soooooo disappointed when I found out that was not a real Barrett Nutn.

Josh P.

Great vid, thanks Nutn!

Clint Allison

Great video as always! Somehow I missed it when it dropped. I keep a wrap of blue painter's tape on the mag well of my 300 as well as one magazine that I have dedicated to the gun. It's ugly but lessons the confusion, especially when letting others shoot the gun. I still really like the caliber but admittedly, I don't shoot it a lot due to the increased cost of ammo vs the 223/556. Thanks for continuing to knock out great content for us.
