I know that I hear "Yeah I would have killed him!" We say, "Are you sure about that?" He's a cute, gentle little creature and we just couldn't. I even ask Mrs Nutnfancy if she'd off him with a .22 right then right there. You'll see her answer. I figure if I'm going to let him go I'd feed him strawberries to help him out.

PETA = People Eating Tasty Animals Also conservation and respect for living things you're not going to eat or use is a good thing.

Jonathan-James

A new cast member? Fits right in a Fanny pack, or cargo pocket as should a good Wocket.

Racing Psychosis

Garden pest, most certainly would off it, make dog food out of it.

Shawn Kuse

First time hearing about a Vole. Gotta Google this animal!

This reminds me of my buddy Aaron. I told him that he could build an oval track for RC cars in my backyard, when I lived in California. I came home from work and that stupid, dummy dug up the entire backyard and I mean the entire back yard. I was tempted to take him out into the words also.🤣

Bernal

Woods not words.

DudeDudeDude

Strawberries and pepperoni. I wonder if that would work on a pizza?

Guy Actual

@Nutnfancy I completely understand. These days I find it difficult to slay just about any living creature unless it's going to the dinner table. To the extent of catching the winter mice that find their way to the garage. I do my best to capture and release what I can, but there are some creatures that even I must dispose of for the greater good. (wasp, hornets, scorpions, poisonous spiders, poisonous snakes/federal agents... Just a joke ATF) Perhaps it's just me growing soft in my age, or perhaps life has a more precious place to me. Regardless, the vole looks like a Manord (aka. Manordfancy) to me. :)

kawicheater

Glad you care for all His creatures. That camera cut to the vole on the plate of strawberries was hilarious. Can’t kill ya so we’ll share snacks😂

The Late Boy Scout

Yeah, he's cute. I'd have made it quick and painless.

Todd Strelka

Macie is such a calm dog. Very well behaved. I've never seen a vole before. Cute little animal.

Paul Griech

i don’t blame you it’s hard to kill something when you’re not determined to do something

Jason Boyles

These little assholes are destroying my lawn. If I find any, they won't survive. LOL

Christopher Barnes

My dog has eaten more of these guys than I can count.

BadgerTails

Yeah, we live trap squirrels and I drive them out to the woods where a hawk or eagle can have some brunch on us.

David Elkins

Lol. After your worry about hawks caused you to move him closer to cover…and your worry about snakes arose…I was gonna joke that you took it back home. But you did it in video and ruined my joke. 😂👍

David Elkins

EDC a vole and get extra credit from Nutn!😂😂

David Elkins

As long as the squirrels stay out of my attic I leave them alone. I like seeing the hawks around my house go to work on them.

Icehouse13

I noticed Macie was pointing it when you first showed her interacting. I’ve been told that some people use pointing labs for upland bird hunting.

Gary Groeschke

The kinder gentler mr. & mrs. nutnfancy ,, good to see, the world needs more of that, nice job nutn’

Andrettski

I've hunted with Labs and Pointers. It was odd Macie was pointing, usually Labs are flushers, at least when it comes to Upland game birds.

Robert Plested

Looks domesticated. Maybe someone's escaped pet. You should put some signs around the neighborhood :)

Bravo

“FINISH HIM” (in the mortal kombat voice [thats an old video-game Nutn’]) no im kidding 😂. I get you though, they ogg holes and tunnels in lawns, but I wouldn’t ice one of the little buggers. Id shoot a deer or something like that for food. But there very little gain from killing something like him. Love this kind of content. Its a rare trait in men (and people in general) to know when to spare a life and when to take one. Keep the hits coming nutn’!

Derek W Tiller

nope, no way i could have taken out such a cute, trusting little creature! i'd just live with the holes.

hoplite ⚔️

cute vid, pretty amazing he wasn't phased by Mace

Scott Nelson

I think Macy was thinking "Yay!!! Dad got me a pet!!!!"

Darrrn

I hear ya. My dogs probably eat a couple hundred moles and voles a year. Most of that is in the spring when the grass is short . I bet they can get 40+ of them on a good day.

Steve Feeser

I’ve seen voles or something similar here in PA but it was much smaller than yours. I called him yours because he’s your pet now.

Carioca

after living on a 4 acre ranch there is no way I would let that plague vermin live.

Joshua S

WRV: Wildlife Review/Rescue Video? Maybe it's not a new concept for you but I like it. Strawberries and munitions. What else could a vole want (outside of mating season)?

FartCat

That's a Brole <3
