Putting a mic is the face of some company rep with a practiced schpeel is about is bad as it gets at trade shows. I don't do that...or at least I try to avoid this! But finding the right personality in the face of a huge time shortage is difficult. That again is where I think differently than everyone else.

Why not ask these two random dudes what THEY think of the guns they're already checking out. Jerry and Ryan turn into surprisingly good booth mates as we all check out most things Beretta this year. And despite their youthful appearance you'll find out about their surprising backgrounds.

We'll cover the APX A1,  Px4 Storm, Model 92, Tomcat, new and impressive BRX1 bolt action rifle, PMX PCC, 80x Cheetah, 1301 & A300 tactical shotguns, Manurhin MR73 revolvers, and more. As I predicted years ago in my review, the Beretta ARX-100 has not survived in the market and is gone.

This is another feature length in depth boot experience where the time will go quickly for you. Also Ryan and Jerry represent HSL Ammo in St George UT, below, and maybe they become a TNP ammo sponsor. You know how I love to promote the little guys!

Excellent! Those dudes really know their stuff for their age. I'm impressed. Beretta has a great reputation. A friend of mine back east has the PX4 Storm and he loves it. I also think it's ugly.

Lee

Awesome.. got some more content to watch at work tonight!

Matthew Sinn

Holy carp a feature length booth review. /me grabs my popcorn I bought one of those 1301 gen 2's on a whim. Got lucky to find it on the wall behind a local shop counter. What a shotgun. Slugs freaking hurt in a mag dump.

Aaron Jones

Stoked for the cheetah review

Rick

Love HSL Ammo. Great company, fantastic bullets.

Michael Gere

Do a review on the APX and one of the new single action 92 pistols.

Matthew Sinn

I'd love an ISSA episode comparing the old and new Bobcats/Tomcats for carry, specifically focused on the POU for small and physically weak folks. Bring in Mrs. Nutn for commentary if she's willing... My mother has been struggling to find a carry pistol she can manipulate. Even the EZ series slides are hard for her to rack, and .380 has harsh recoil for her. Revolvers are basically ruled out because of the trigger weight and difficulty cocking the hammer... I've been trying to find a .22 winmag one to handle but I really don't want to recommend rimfire for self defense

Andrettski

I just bought a Bobcat INOX. Only put about 50 rounds through it yet.

Andrettski

I'm not a pistol grip fan on a shotgun.

Michael Gere

Also, get one of those BRX rifles for review. I know it’ll be a while before Gunnies, the great American western wear store, can probably loan you one of those. But, I want one and want an honest review before I buy one.

Andrettski

Nutn, James of TFBTV had Ernest Langdon on about how his favorite gun is the PX4 storm and how under rated it is.

Cody Harring

Well done sir, sure you got a couple more donors there. Looking forward to more!

Rob Miller

Great video. I have an old 84 double stack I love shooting. Been a while due to ammo cost and availability vs 9mm. I have purposely stacked 380 last couple years. Time to get it out and run 500-1,000 rounds through it next range trip. Thanks for the reminder…great great gun so fun.

The Nutnfancy Project

OK, I'll see if I can make that happen. Squeaky wheels get the grease. Next time I'm in Gunnies I'll see if I can check out the Tomcat 30x for a review.

The Nutnfancy Project

"Michael Gere Also, get one of those BRX rifles for review." OK I will. I was actually quite impressed with it. I will get one on loan directly from Beretta...several guns will fall into that category this SHOT; can't wait on Gunnies

The Nutnfancy Project

Don't know he is but he is wise. The Px4 remains a fave Beretta of mine, I really would like to add one in the cast members and talk it up more.

The Nutnfancy Project

Thank you David. Jerry and Ryan were awesome; genuine, no ego, great to bounce ideas off of.

The Nutnfancy Project

Don't sell that 84 .380, you'll see I'll rave about the 80x and talk about the 84 history a little bit. The review is done just waiting for time in the posting flow. Thank you Rob!

Guy Actual

Most probably don't remember when the 1301 came out (I was pretty young around 8 I believe) and when they first came out, it was advertised that the 7th round was entering the chamber when the first shell was hitting the ground. They are very fast. While I don't have one, I have shot my fathers many many times and I love it. His is one of the original first rounds, and it still shoots well today after thousands of rounds. Shooting a newer one is of interest as I would very much like to have one sitting by my bed at night. (No, i don't want them to hear the pump action, and give away my position)

David Beard

By the way the PX4 Compact Carry is my favorite pistol ever!

Andrettski

He owns Langdon Tactical, idk about the co. but figured he must have respect from James.

Rick

I met the owner, Spencer at a gunshow in Sandy several years ago. Real patriot and down to earth dude. If you are in St. George you should check out their shop. That'd be a cool video.

Ben H.

Really fun review. So cool some TNPers could join. Hope you had a great time at SHOT show!

Guy Actual

I am very interested in the BRX1. My friend turned me on to it, and its a true amby straight pull bolt, that looks to be very fast for a bolt gun. The specs look really good and id love to see you try it out in the desert.

Lance L Black

Wow, your review and guests were beyond good. Thanks Nutn, you the BEST!

Rob Miller

Hey, everybody send a thank you to info@hslammo.com Lets get Nutin’ an ammo sponsorship. I already sent them a nice thank you along with an inquiry on buying 9mm bulk.

Rogue Weasely

Dudedudedudedude...I am ready for the 80x review! I've been holding out on buying one.

Dawson Rabb

This video is a great example of why I watch Nutn. Just a solid dude. Loved this vid!

Maxreverse

Jerry & Ryan rocked. Will definitely check out HSL. Great booth reviews Nutn.

David Elkins

Those guys with H&S were awesome. Hope they make an appearance out in the desert some day.

David Elkins

Best part was how cool they were before the Army guy even recognized you.

Michael Huang

Thanks so much Nutn, these are the booth reviews I am looking for. Funny, Original, Genuine, Honest. unlike the rest of the youtuber bots, paid for by the companies

Racing Psychosis

Watched a few select vids on new stuff that I wanted to see. Honestly, none of which includes Beretta, just not a fan of their stuff. Although, I will say the shotgun stuff you guys were looking at appear to be hitting that niche correctly. From the things I saw in other vids, looked like PSA killed it.

Racing Psychosis

On top of that I also saw a vid where Risky Chrisky stated he wanted to meet you, and then he showed video clips from Crye Precission that shows what happens when the the Military Industrial Complex is over compensated with tax payer money for all of their over priced shit. They literally are burning money.

Racing Psychosis

The Knifecenter also did some humorous booth reviews with some of the manufacturer's, the guy from Condor especially was pretty funny and had some cool tidbits that he was dropping. Part of it is, that many of the reviews are impersonal and when they don't know each other, very much are a flat sales pitch of why they are the greatest.

Elijah Ballard

Great review. I dig this form of discussion

JIMY

Excellent booth review. Some thoughts. I’m really looking forward to the 80X review. Might have to have one! Beretta has always been awesome with their ability to switch bolts and charging handles etc. without tools - thinking CX4 Storm among others. Also were you making Mrs. Nutnfancy roll around a bag in the booth? The Venetian has luggage checks - I know because I used it three weeks ago! Keep up the great content!

David Spinks

How awesome would it be if you picked up an ammo sponsor because you randomly decided to attend SHOT again!? That'd be awesome.

DudeDudeDude

That straight pull rifle is butt ugly.

Dusty Sabedra

What a great video. These two dudes were great and both naturals on the camera. Really loved how they gravitated towards the m9 and 92’s. I love my 92, so much so I named him Riggs….

Bluegill097

Man, I want that straight pull rifle. Cheetah review posting soon??

Anonymous

THE BRX-1 felt a bit rough to me compared to the tikka or sako. I also didn't like the wide stock and weird safety. I like the concept of the straight pull, just wish it felt and operated more like the sako and tikka. Fun booth reviews.
