Thumbnails from the last few Banquet pages! Folks often ask where I get ref for my poses- the truth is I just scribble them down like this when they're just easy stick figures and then I work them up from there! I don't use a lot of ref for comic panels cuz its an extra step but I might recreate the sketch in a 3d program if it's a very complicated pose to help me get proportions right!
