The Overseer (Patreon)

The hellhound overseers basically keep control of the hounds who have returned from their tours of duty upstairs and are working for high houses as soldiers/guards. The overseer for House Vespatian hellhounds is this big lady named Vigge and she is....tired of all these hellhound pups running around trying to smooch each other xD

Anyways I needed to get her idea down since she'll be making an appearance in First Course pretty soon! Maybe she can whip Bernard into shape! :3
