Yup called it, she wants the ability to change genders. But if haru becomes pregnant he will get his wish and marry miyuki. I feel the forming of a vagina is just a few chapters away, since his dosage will be triple. I feel like a story for a hundred years in the future is on the horizon. Where all males were transformed into female and all females were transformed into futa. He could make a story where a boy is born into this transformed world, which is rare because there are very few males born into the world after the gender change age. In this new age it’s decided that since boys are rare commodity, and since the drug can turn them female, it’s decided it’s illegal to turn any boys born into the new world female. However they also don’t want to reoccurring original male gene coming back either, so they developed a new drug that represses the male ego, keeps them short, and gives them girly mannerisms. Naturally teach of their mothers keeps them in girly clothes too, so that they grow up thinking that sissy, or femboy is a natural male. Then these femboys are put into a school wear the school uniform for femboys is the traditional Girls uniform. And the futas school uniform is the boys original uniform, despite the fact most futa look more beautiful than then the Femboys. However this particular story could be about a (now before I continue this school is for the 17+ ages, the boys were too vulnerable from futa at the younger ages, so they learned through online classes, and now they are taking the high school classes at the legal ages, they are just shorter than the futa) a particular femboy that is extremely beautiful, more beautiful than any futa, which is unusual, and naive as he is, he has no clue that he acts like a traditional female. This unusual femboy has given him 2 loving overprotective mothers, that always do everything for him, even change his clothes for him because he’s so dainty and fragile. A big sister that’s also overprotective and also a bit yandere, she loves stalking him at his school. She’s of course a futa, but is only sexually interested in untraditional females, which she often likes showing off to her brother, sometimes doing it right in front of him. Of course his mothers are also often having sex casually in front of him, so that’s normal. He also doesn’t have his own bedroom, he usually sleeps with his moms or sister, they do this several reasons, but the real reason is for his protection. Incase a futa breaks in to kidnap him, because of that his moms go everywhere with him except at school although they drive him to school. THe the school has a large futa police security force for protection. he’s definitely more aware of futa than most femboys. Now besides older futa kidnapping him, sexual relations between futa in his school is allowed, also because there are so few femboys polygamy has become legal. And this extra pretty femboy is about to have a harem of futa, he will someday marry, including a teacher who is akiras granddaughter. She doesn’t share her grandmother’s taste, until she meets the prettiest femboy in the world. Then her sexual tastes take a 180. Anyways that’s the story I would make, if could do what rubber ducky does.

I’m theorizing that Haru’s womb being connected to the rectum is why haru hasn’t formed a vagina. It could be corrected with surgery which would be neat to see, turning Haru’s useless penis into something more useful along the way 😸 Would love to see a story in the future where the world is transformed by these pills too, where the drug is tweaked to create perfect females. Definitely a lot of potential for something wild!
