I never get tired of rewatching this docu even if I've watched it so many times already! Jang Hyun Seung eventually debuted as part of Beast (under Cube Ent) after being eliminated. He also formed a unit w/ Hyuna (Trouble Maker) during that time, then became a solo artist after he left Beast. He was Daesung's first guest on Zip Daesung, you should check it out as well some time!

I don't know if I remember it correctly, but GD actually joined SM first at 8 years old after Lee Sooman scouted him at a dance competition at a ski resort (before moving to YG upon discovering hip-hop), so he was technically a trainee for 11 years until his debut haha Just editing comment as I'm watching: I do think YG started out hoping to debut the group as your typical boy group, but probably gave up a few years later (evidently after ALIVE/Fantastic Baby era) after realizing that all of their dance styles differ so much it's impossible to synchronize them xD I do remember a lot of 2nd gen idols (even their own choreographers) making fun of their choreography (in good faith) in the early days of ZIP DAESUNG lol Also yeah back during 2nd gen era, you could find tons of comments about Daesung's looks and the most common one was "Wow, he must sing REALLY good if he looks like that" which was kind of heartbreaking to see personally :/ But at least the staff members recognized his qualities and have high praise for him!

GD initially thought that YG would let him and Taeyang debut as a hip-hop duo, but when YG finally announced that he would debut as an idol group, he was very disappointed and argued for a while. Of course, in the end, he accepted the reality and has always taken on the responsibility of being the captain to lead BIGBANG to the top! He seems to know what he wants from the age of 8 and does his best to fight for it and achieve it. Maybe that's why he is the "idol of idols". I get a lot of inspiration and strength from Jiyong, and I believe that many people in the world are like me.

Kwon Ji Yong was first in the morning emission popopo, he was a kid who seem to be less than five when you see the footage. He starred in a movie too, and a drama. Minor role. After that, he was in the kids version of Roora, called little roora, and went on national tour with the crew of Roora. But the group was disband for some scandal I think, and then later he was recruited by Lee Soo Man from SM entertainment at the age of 8. So to me, he basically lived all his life in the industry. And that's probably one of the reason why he owns so well the stage when he's on.
