IU was on episode 96

RoNNieTP

Episode 44-45 and 46-47 are somewhat a 2 part episodes so I think checking out random RM next week is a pretty good idea.

-Honestly, Jae-seok and Suk-jin are in great shape for people their age. In 17 years of "Running Man," they've developed excellent physical fitness because they've run a lot and traveled the country completing various physically demanding missions. -I'm younger than them, and even though I'm also athletic, I'm not sure I could do 60 pull-ups in one minute. -What I love most about Running Man is the authenticity of the cast; their reactions are real. When they're happy, you can see it; when they're angry, they show it; and when they're grateful, they do too. They're also very easygoing with the people they meet during their missions. They easily hug or kiss the people they participate in games with; it's so nice. -IU debuted at 15 in 2008. She wasn't immediately popular. Because of her very young age, she and her managers were heavily criticized. She broke through in 2010 with her song "Good Day," and that's when her rise to fame began. So, at her first appearance on Running Man, she was around 18 years old according to the old Korean age system, but 17 for Westerners. Guests rarely win. Bong-sun played really well; she protected IU, who remained unsuspecting for almost the entire game. That episode was really, really cool.

Yeah, would've been nice if we got a bit more of IU. If you want more IU and Bongsun (as well as other 2nd gen idols from Kara, T-ara, Brown Eyed Girls, After School, Jewelry, Fin.k.l, etc., as well as actress Yoo Inna) then you could check out the series "Heroes". My preference for the next episode would be a random episode.
