In my opinion stray kidz should have won the daesung awards they accomplished more and debut before eynhypen no hate to them but that's my opinion 😅

GD did truly amazing job. There were actually issues with the MAMA broadcast audio, his in ear and mic especially during untitled, 2014. There was a video how the song starts while he's drinking water which is just insane. The audio sounds better even on fan cams i watched. He usually is non stop on insta reels liking everything with him in it but MAMA posted a video of his performance he didn't like it just left a comment "👎..." cuz of the audio issues. Interesting fact MAMA even made a collaboration for the awards with his brand "peaceminusone" calling it peacemamaone for merch and etc. Anyway despite all the issues he when thru he still won " Artist of the year " award making him the only soloist to win it not once but twice. King of k-pop for a reason may i say. Thank you for the reaction that was FASTTTT.

Lee know hidded his injury really Well. I didnt see it the first time but if you know you know. The peformance was amazing ❤️ i totaly understand your hype during it. And yeah they relaxed 4 or 5 ceremony Version. The hip hip is the most hardcore i think 😆 but it is so good as a finaly Also its "normal" what you feel for Bands you follow. You feel this Connection. And your story with SKZ isnt wierd. Many stays have Storys where they say they dont found SKZ but SKZ found them in a time of there life where they were needed. I am no exception. 😉

what i found incredibly powerful was the fact that 2 member from Stray Kids were injured during those 13 minutes of performance but still gave their everything! Seungmin was confirmed to have a foot inflammation a few days ago and was still limpimg a bit and lee know actually sprained his ankle between chk chk boom and devine and didn’t even walk at the end of the night anymore. You probably didn’t notice, but no one did during the performance, since lee know acted like it was nothing but as soon as you know you can’t help but noticed how in pain he looked. They did incredible that night, my favorite i have to say😍😍

SKZ released the hip hip version of Ceremony back when they released all the other remixes, so there is actually a studio version available for you!! This performance was insane!! They always go crazy with their performances, and especially at MAMA!! And we don’t say “you don’t find Stray Kids, they find you when you need them the most!” for nothing! I would still love for you to check out and react to their entire acceptance speech and them winning album of the year as this is obviously a HUGE deal for them winning their first MAMA Daesang! I’ve been emotional all weekend and it sounds like you maybe haven’t seen the full thing with translations, but obviously I respect your decision to absolutely do whatever feels right regardless!! I just want to share this moment with as many people as possible 😅 especially those that love them and I honestly wish everyone would watch it and react to it because it’s a huge deal for them, and their reaction truly proves how much they deserve it they are so appreciative! Not sure you realized, but due to the tragedy in Hongkong MAMA had to change a lot of things to tone down the event, so everyone is wearing black/dark clothes, no red, no fireworks etc. In addition to that the planned performance of Saja Boys - Your Idol got cancelled because of the fire theme of the song. MEOVV actually changed their lyrics from "Burning Up" to Turn It Up as well as all mentions of hot or fire in the song as well as the choreo, all of that had to happen pretty much last minute, which makes their stage even more impressive imo.

The one Enhypen won was 100% fan vote. There is no debate on it. I was surprised to see Stays weren’t trying more in the voting period though, but that’s on Stays. Happy for Stray Kids Album win. Both groups acceptance speeches had me crying with them.

I’m just saying it’s not like the other awards that are part judge’s decision, part streaming etc. There is no “opinion” on a 100% pure vote category. Now, if Enhypen won the album award, there is room for debate on opinion as you would want an explanation on judges thinking. My opinion is that the Judges got it right giving Stray Kids the win. But a carat could wonder why as they were ahead in every category except judge vote. Visa Fan Choice is simply who voted for them. No debate. And yes, I am a Stay and a Carat and a Engene. Love them all.

Words are not enough to praise Babymonster for their performances during MAMA this year. Both as a group and then as the Huntrix unit they did phenomenal! And the scary thing, they will only get even better performers with time and more experience.

FOUR HOURS? Ok, I should have known, I sent you the playlist. But still, fuckin hell. Opening + Bumsup - I haven't quite recovered from the WLGYT finale but it is nice to see Gwan-sik's face again 😄 - Bumsup is one of the dance crews from World of Street Woman Fighter, right? I haven't been keeping up with that show at all, I must admit - Okay yeah, I see some familiar names down there. - Everything in the sign of the tiger's roar. Hearts2Hearts x NCT WISH - Ian is NOT focusing on that school lesson 😭 - There's our Japanese Neo boys! - Wish are the softest NCT unit for sure. But it makes sense, considering how young they are. The youngest of them, Sakuya, is a full 12 years younger than NCT's oldest members Johnny, Taeyong and Yuta. He JUST turned 18. - But they do have some songs that have that signature NCT grit. Choo Choo comes to mind. - Also, they're supposed to be the Japanese unit but so far they have more Korean music than Japanese. 3 Korean EPs vs 1 Japanese album But a new Japanese EP is coming soon. - They had a predebut release in November 2023 and then their proper debut in February 2024. And they've been promoting like crazy, nonstop for almost two years now. TWS x MEOVV - This „collab“ is really just Dohoon and Ella staring at each other for a few seconds 😐 - TWS! Pronounced as „to us“. Debuted January 2024 under Pledis, so they're Seventeen's little brothers. - I wonder if there was actual RNG to that coinflip or if TWS were always gonna perform first. - Oh yeah, MAMA had a live band hidden behind the stage, that's most likely what you're hearing here. - Love how they really upped the rock on this version. - I think the guy you keep freaking out over is Jihoon? Not entirely sure tho, I don't really know the members that well. - I'm just saying, whenever one of the Big 4 debuts a new group, chances are they're pretty damn good and worth checking out 👀 - Speaking of Big 4 groups, MEOVV!!! God, I love them so much, help - In response to the horrible apartment fire that occurred just two days earlier, they changed the lyrics from „Burning Up“ to „Turning Up“. - Oh yeah, handheld mics. Gotta show off those proper live vocals! - SWIM KIM PLEASE, I'LL DO ANYTHING, JUST CALM DOWN 😩 ALPHA DRIVE ONE - This group is supremely funny to me because they abbreviate to ALD1. Like the grocery store, Aldi 😅 - I haven't watched Boys II Planet either but from everything I've heard, this season wasn't all that good so we probably didn't miss much by skipping it. - What is this, a weird hybrid between a Tron bike and a Formula 1 car? It doesn't look very lightweight or aerodynamic, imma be real - I admit, I haven't watched any Tron movies yet. But yeah, Jared Leto actively makes me want to not watch anything he's in so I'm probably gonna stick to the original and Legacy whenever I get around to it. - Going for a more intense vibe than ZB1. BABYMONSTER - Ahyeon probably doesn't even need a mic to make herself heard on that stage 🤠 - The performance video already showed it but We Go Up is MADE for a huge stage like MAMA. - I wish they performed Psycho as their second song but this is fine. - Have I mentioned this before? The fact that Ahyeon has become one of my ults recently? - „Let's move on because I don't want this video to be 4 hours long.“ *looks at the video duration* Hmmm. BOYNEXTDOOR - They had subtitles in the livestream so why not here? - They have the cinema concept from Hollywood Action and they're going to make GOOD use of it! YEONJUN - Google the definiton of the term „bad boy“ and all you'll get is a picture of Yeonjun. - I have more thoughts and none of them are pure. - Yungblud mentioned! I've been meaning to get into his music for a while. I've seen so many clips from him and he seems like such a genuinely good person. TREASURE - When Treasure perform at MAMA, the rap line must do the intro. This is law. - I feel like all YG boy groups take at least a little bit of inspiration from Bigbang. - Every time. No matter where they perform, Treasure turn the place into the biggest party you can imagine. i-dle - I wonder what they said in the intro to diss MAMA this time 😆 - minnie pls - I need the Good Thing rock version on streaming NOW. SUPER JUNIOR - Siwon may talk a lot of bullshit in his off time but in this instance he is 100% right, this is a certified slapper! - Mics are too quiet. - Despite the audio issues, the performance is absolutely worthy of 20-year-long legends. - Of course you gotta finish on the most iconic song. - There's the original Sorry Sorry, and then there's Sorry Sorry Answer, which is kind of an RnB ballad version of the song. IVE - This version is nice but the original is better. The fast pace of XOXZ clashes a lot with the slower tempo of Swan Lake. - You know what's more dangerous than a gorgeous woman – a woman who KNOWS how gorgeous she is. Times 6 and you got IVE. Help me. ENHYPEN - For the record, yes, I would let Sunghoon do unspeakable things to me. - Still sad that I had to miss their EU tour 😓 - Whatever they put into the instrumental for the interlude, it's diabolical. - There is NO reason they had to go this hard. - The spirit of Dreamcatcher lives on! Day 2 Opening + ALLDAY PROJECT - Park Bogum was the MC for day 1 and Kim Hyesoo for day 2. She's also an actress. - MOTHER HANBIN IS BACK. - That was a camera on wheels and the remote operator definitely did not pay attention to where the edge of the stage was 😅 - Bailey is so fucking good dude IDID x KickFlip - Honestly I was fully expecting you to skip this one because you aren't familiar with either group. Only KickFlip a tiny bit from Game Caterers. - It's „I did“, like the past tense of „I do“. Following the same spirit of IVE, I guess. - That first instrumental is from Electricity by KickFlip. Amazing song, that one! - IDID are pretty good but their debut really didn't make any noise. I guess they still have to find their unique identity. Compared to their company seniors Monsta X, WJSN, Cravity, IVE or even KiiiKiii, I don't see quite yet what sets them apart. But I'm positive that they'll get there! - KickFlip are fucking awesome though! - They also didn't really have that special something at debut but they quickly got it with their comebacks. That's why I'm optimistic about IDID too. Sometimes you just need to find your footing first. - No, I'm not sure why they said MAMA Version for My First Love Song. This song sounds exactly like that. It wasn't really remixed at all. - SURPRISE BTS COVER! Kpop Demon Hunters - It so weird. I hear Jinu but I also see bits of Kang Tae-moo in there. The hairstyle is very different but that is him. - There was also a planned performance of Your Idol by Boynextdoor Leehan, Riize Wonbin, TWS Shinyu and ZB1 Gunwook & Yujin, but that was canceled in response to the fire tragedy. Probably due to some of the lyrical content. It's a shame but very understandable under the circumstances. Singing stuff like „watch me set your world on fire“ just 3 days after 55 people died in a fire would be extremely insensitive, to say the least. I just wish that fire never happened. Most importantly so that those people could have stayed safe and much less importantly because that sequence of Jinu's Lament → Your Idol → What It Sounds Like would have been so sick. - Getting the original Huntrix would have been awesome but they performed in NYC at the Thanksgiving Parade only two days before this. The schedule just didn't fit. Babymonster is a good stand in here. - I love Ahyeon. Have I mentioned that already? I really really love Ahyeon. So much. izna - Mamma Mia being your favourite izna song is wild because that's the only song of theirs that I don't like 😭 I just find it so empty and boring. You have a generational vocal talent like Choi Jungeun in the group and you make her do this chanty talk-shouting chorus over the most bare bones instrumental? Teddy, wtf were you thinking? - Seriously, why was Racecar not the title track? - This version is better but not enough to actually make me like the song. At least this instrumental isn't boring like the original, and the outro is hype. RIIZE - There's probably like 50 songs you've put in your Top 10 this year 😂 - Pink Wonbin. That is all. - pleasedonttouchmy BAG BAG BAG BAG BAG BAG BAG 👹 - Fame has entered my Riize Top 3 along with Impossible and Ember to Solar. It's THAT good. ZEROBASEONE - They saw BND do an hommage to Hollywood and said, hold up, we're gonna do one for Hong Kong cinema. - If you're asking about Ricky's tattoo on his neck, yes that's real. It says „Role Model“. - Every time you see Jiwoong you make the reference to the Monsta X song 😂 - PARK GUNWOOK PUT YOUR CLOTHES BACK ON. RESPECTFULLY 👀 - Iconik is a perfect word to describe them. TXT - Getting that emotional EDM vibe - Gorgeous. aespa - I saw Winter bust out the guitar live on their first tour and I fucking lost it. - aespa please go full metal on the next comeback thank you 🙏🏻 - I wasn't a big fan of their musical output this year but man, do they know how to put on a show. And this version of Dirty Work is so much better than the original. - I just hope that 2026 aespa music can get to the same level of quality as 2024 aespa music. Stray Kids - The stage layout is the same as on the dominATE tour, MAMA 2025 might as well just be another SKZ concert 😄 - I totally get what you say about Stray Kids being there for you in times of emotional distress. Though for me that artist isn't SKZ, it's actually the synthwave band The Midnight. I went to their concert a few weeks after my dad passed away and they made me feel like a human being again for the first time since the funeral. And the wild thing is, at that time, I barely knew the band. I basically just got the ticket after a recommendation from a stranger on the internet. I hadn't heard any of the songs on the setlist. By the end of the concert, I was singing along to EVERYTHING. And they've been a source of comfort ever since. - I GIVE LIFE TO MY WORDS / YEAH I'M DOING WHAT I SAY 🗣 - The Seungmin intro in Divine gives me LIFE. - Normal Ceremony wasn't crazy enough, so they did the Festival Version. But that wasn't crazy enough, so they did the Karma Version. But that wasn't crazy enough, so they did the Hip Hip Version. That's how we got here. A fucking madhouse. - The amount of lasers reminds me of The Prodigy G-DRAGON - „Endlich der Übermensch“ the AUDACITY to use German words and phrases all over his album and then hold his one and only Europe concert this year in goddamn FRANCE. Boi 🤨 - This man doesn't even have to do anything and his aura is overwhelming. - WING! A legend collabing with a legend. - Heartbreaker. The bangers from 16 years ago hitting even harder today. - Undisputed King of Kpop. - Closing the entire ceremony with Untitled feels right, especially in light of the recent events.

I really love watching Mama with you, every year. And I love hearing you talk about Skz and how much they helped you, because I can relate soooo much (but with SEVENTEEN in SKZ's place) and it's just something so comforting in watching anything with you, really. So blessed to have you as my first ever reactor, and the special spot in my heart your reactions have since I "found" Seventeen through you. No, you know what, scratch that, because they found ME through you. (And as I mentioned before, they have literally changed everything for me. From the inside and out.) Always thankful for that in every video I watch with you nowadays. 🫶🏻 You have introduced me to so many groups by now. TXT, (that is also one of my top favorite groups), ENHYPEN and I do actually think I started checking out Stray Kids too, only thanks to you. I had been on quite the hiatus from K-pop before finding you, and thanks to you that is almost all I listen to now. It has just brought so much light and happiness back to my life. gdragon did will for a rapper tbh ppl sometimes forget he is not a vocalist and still does better than most and he's literally near 40 and still doing great and plus changing his setlist in one day dude literally didn't get to rest at all you can see his eyes are red in the awards acceptance and I respect him for that like give the man a break .. some fandoms let hate for a celebrity overshadow everything

- Nice that Marcel included the MAMA intro. It does set the vibe / gets you in the mood. NCT Wish - "they have that NCT-enis". This reminded me of another reactor saying that "JYP groups have that... JYP-enis" 🤭🍆 TWS - tip: their name is pronounced "two-us" (and stands for "24/7 with us") Meovv - them splits though 😎 They did great. - "I'm not doing survival shows anymore, unless it's like Queendom or something" I'm pretty much the same tbh 😔 Then I tried to determine what makes it different 🤔 One of the things is probably that it's with already known idols. Thats why I still keep some hope that you'll react to GIRLS REVERSE one day 😋 TREASURE - Great performance! They really brought the energy and confidence. I-DLE - "this is now one of my favorite songs by I-dle". Kinda funny, because it's one of my least favorite 😅 I do agree that this version was the superior version 🎸 - I liked all the 3D light effects (the Sorry Sorry hands, the Demon Hunters cat, etc) especially when they were song-related. aespa - even though I really liked the metal rearrangement, I didn't like that their voices got drowned out in the first part. Fortunately it got better and better ☺️ - metal-MAMA indeed 😅 G-Dragon - it looked like you enjoyed that intro. That very special voice belongs to Song Sohee. I've been wanting you to check her out. Her music is not really k-pop. Not sure how to describe it: tribal? folk? Anyway, still hoping you'll check her out some day 😊 - what a performance! what a legend, and Wing is another amazing artist.

i get that you want to take a break from survival shows, you reacted to a lot lol.but when you are ready to watch one, i would hope you react to boysplanet 2. i really enjoyed the reactions to the first season. and tho you know the members, its fun to see how they got to this point, and you get to see so many other great guys on the show. many from nugu groups as well. (if not you could watch the performances of the show) and tho it was stressful, boysplanet 2 was a lot of fun

Love when you do the awards like this cause I really only watch Stray Kids and maybe a couple of other groups performances when they actually drop, but I always love watching the whole thing as a reaction.. so thank you! I absolutely loved this, everyone was great but I think the acts I was most taken with were MEOVV, IVE, TXT and Aespa this time ... And of course Stray Kids who turned it into their concert like they do any stage... BUT everyone brought their A - Game 😋. The 'Hear Me Roar' collab with Felix and actress Kim Hye Soo was for the opening for Day 2 of MAMA in case that wasn't obvious ... I am sure it was, but just thought I would mention it. Stray Kids found me when I didn't even know I needed them / their music, they have a strange way of doing that.... and it is why we STAY (had to I am cheesy sorry). But everything you said about SKZ is very relatable... I think you would appreciate their acceptance speech from MAMA it is very emotional all the Kids especially I.N and the 00-Liners were crying hard.. reminded me of their first ever music show no.1 win for 'Miroh' ... time has gone on, and they have grown soooooo big, but they are the still the same chaotic, silly lovable kids and this meant so much. Their intro took me straight back to seeing them live at DominATE .... and my happy place. Hyunjin's hair needs to be studied ... bottled and sold to me, IT IS NOT NORMAL .... in the best possible way ... and Bang Chan rocking the Kpop Demon Hunter Purple (Rumi always gave me Leader Christopher energy)... and Felix with the Silver undercut ... I was dead before the show even began. Felix bought my fav FestivaLix out to play for this stage he was ad lib screaming and growling all night 😋. DIVINE ... is my Song of the Year (so far)... but I doubt anything will top it for me ... I am obsessed... with everything! This was their 1st performance of it and it was almost perfect! ... the only sad part was Minoh badly spraining his ankle as he came off stage for the costume change between songs and not being able to enjoy it because he must have been in a hell of a lot of pain, I have had a lot of sports injuries and my ankles are f$%"ed ... a bad sprain can feel like a break when it happens ... and then to keep performing choreo on it straight away ... what a pro, I watched a fan cam from another angle and everytime the camera is not on him for Divine, and Ceremony he looks like he is about to collapse, but he keeps going and even attacks the centre choreo for the rave ending of Ceremony ... Mental!!!!! (and when each song ended Han ran and steadied him I almost cried) I am so proud but sad (and everytime I see him on this stage during Divine and Cermony my heart and ankle hurt ). That is now more than half of SKZ that are injured or have a sereis on-going physical condition they are managing, cause Seungmin is also recovering from a foot injury and was limping when not on stage, then Felix, Bang Chan and Hyunjin are all dealing with their physical health ...I hope they get a long break soon they deserve and need it .... but I am not sure they would know what to do lol. I believe there were a few injuries at MAMA this year, but everyone just brought it and were so good!!!
