If I remember correctly the ending sparked a lot of discussion about whether Gary knew all along that he was tricked or not. The Usual suspects reference was seen as maybe he really was a mastermind in this and he played along the TruGary show so that’s why members would win the big gifts for the Chuseok. Or actually, he didn’t know anything at all and that ending was shot as him thinking he was the (fake) mastermind to end the episode. This theory was debated a lot and I’m sorry to tell you that members haven’t mentioned about this episode in future episodes at all so the mystery still left unanswered and maybe just depends solely on your own interpretation.

- This episode is one of my top 50/760 favorites; it has everything I love about variety. - DG, you seem to know WWE well because, well, knowing Brock Lesnar's theme isn't too hard for a WWE fan, but recognizing the Monday Night Raw theme during the "Attitude Era" and the Monday Night Wars proves you're a longtime fan. - And yes, Running Man regularly used WWE themes for 15 years. - Jihyo was so cute; the little jump to get her leg behind Suk-jin's was quick and effective. She's not the ace of the team for nothing. - And the Gary vs. Jihyo match was hilarious. Honestly, I love the Monday Couple. They're practically my favorite fictional couple. At one time, I was one of the fans of the show who wanted this couple to become real. - Gary will get his revenge and his special spy episode, like each of them.

- Yes, I remember that debate. But no, I think Gray was unaware he'd been fooled. The reference to The Usual Suspects was probably a request from Gary himself to the production team to emphasize the fact that he "won" it.
