Hahaha that reaction to Cheongha slapping that stupid witch was golden :D The stepmom really is treating her like some animal, but tbf you shouldnt even treat any pet/animal the way she treats Cheongha, it's straight up crazy. One of the worst characters I've seen in any kdrama and wow there is so much competition. But she has zero redeeming qualities and isnt even fun to watch compared to other villains (like Taecyeon's character from Vincenzo for example, straight up evil but he was fun to watch). She's just infuriating all around. Love that remake idea of The Glory of yours, especially the ending sounds really fun ^^

- Well, it is kind of a type of accident-induced brain damage that lead to my dad's deafness. He fell from the changing table as an infant and hit the back of his head in such a specific way that it completely severed the nerve connection from his ears to his brain. I'm pretty positive that Yi-chan's original accident was indeed prevented. Of course he could still go deaf for another reason later, we'll just have to see. - The old guy knows something. He must be connected to Master and/or Grandpa Viva somehow. Maybe he IS Grandpa Viva? But no, that would make him Se-gyeong's dad, wouldn't it? - I was JUST thinking, are they gonna go 내 피 땀 눈물 on us and Eun-yu literally starts singing it 😂 - There it is. He already liked her but the moment where Cheong-ah gives Yi-chan his sign name is where he actually falls in love. - WHAT DID I SAY. Two seconds! - And we were just having such a good time. Why you gotta ruin it with THAT fucking woman's face? - „Talk“? TF do you mean „talk“? She IS talking, you fucking wench. - GOOD. Fucking stand up for yourself. - And as we see in the flashback, her dad isn't without blame. He clearly sees the domestic abuse of a small child going on, and turns away. Fuck you. - Need I remind you, tying the hands of a deaf/mute person is the equivalent of putting tape on the mouth of a non-disabled person. - And what the fuck is wrong with that service staff? Why are they just going along, no, HELPING with the abuse? - I'm right there with you. I simply don't understand what the fuck this bitch is trying to accomplish here. What is she trying to gain? Guess she's just evil for the sake of being evil. - My parents divorced when I was 5. And both of them got new partners. I essentially grow up with two sets of parents. And both of my „step parents“ (I don't call them that but I will just for the sake of this comment) are great people. - I've just come to realise why, in the original timeline, Yi-chan didn't want Eun-gyeol to be in a band. Since the manipulated stage rigging crashing down was probably the original accident that took Yi-chan's hearing, he most likely has some trauma related to being in a band. And in a weird way, he wanted to protect Eun-gyeol from that. - Oh, so that IS Grandpa Viva. Se-gyeong's secret, biological father. And now it also finally makes sense why the original Se-gyeong insisted that her dad is a physics professor, not the owner of a music shop. That professor is probably her mum's husband (ex-husband?) who got presented to Se-gyeong as her father. But she was actually conceived in that affair with the band man. And original Se-gyeong also eventually found out, which later led to her returning to Korea with Eun-yu after he passed away, just as she said to Eun-gyeol before the time travel. The pieces are finally falling into place. - Ohhhh shit, the plot thickens! - Well, I guess I was wrong about my little accident theory above. - Her name is just Eun-yu. No L at the end.
