About the woman who asked if it's Blackpink or BTS, she knows that she will have twins (that's why she mentioned groups), she just wants to know gender (to buy clothes and stuff), therefore doctors gave her mixed gender group examples :) At least that's how I understood the scene

For the scene asking Blackpink or bts, she is trying to figure out gender of her fetus. But, informing gender of fetus was prohibited until it reaches on certain weeks of pregnancy in Korea to avoid abortion based on gender preference. I don’t know whether it is still against the law, but still not recommended. So the doctor said groups with both gender.
