Yes, Iksun (sister) is very familiar. You just saw her in Moving as Jihee☺ And the song... Yes, you heard it from Twinkling Watermelon. Eungyeol played it multiple times in the earlier eps. The song is actually from a classical piece called "Canon (in D major)" by J.Pachelbel. It's famous as a wedding march music (either played with piano or string quartet). But the one you are more familiar with is the rearrangement "Canon Rock" which has electric guitar/violin and percussions.

What a great episode. I'm glad that they finally showed Seok-hyung more. I love all 99ers but I think Seok-hyung is my favorite. I love how soft he is and how he take care of his patients. He is not talkative, but what he says stays with you.
