Myung Eun-won (Dr. Chu’s colleague who ran away) didn’t skip work because something came up or because she was dealing with some kind of personal issue. She simply disappeared for a few days because she found the job too difficult. 🤬 The professors didn’t scold her when she came back after disappearing. Instead, they comforted and reassured her because they’re already severely understaffed and were worried that she might quit. Myung Eun-won is basically the only villain in this drama. As we’ve seen since the previous episode, she’s constantly trying to find ways to do as little work as possible. That’s exactly what she was doing in this episode too: she dumped her own work on Chu Min-ha and then went into an operating room where there wasn’t even an urgent surgery, just so she could kill time and avoid doing her actual work.
