Gotta be hilas sister or something. They have the same eye and dress it seems. Either that or it is hila wearing a Princess Bubblegum wig for some reason (then again she wouldn't be blushing for Seth so that can be)

say whaaaat XD they clearly have different eye color~~ Hila's more greenish type~well...they have same one single eye~~ but you could also say that to all 2 eyed race >8I just be glad Hila's not here right now or she'll be sooo offended~~~~(LOL XDD just kidding) though yeah, I could have at least draw the shape of the eye more different...I'll keep that in mind when drawing another bg cyclops characters~
