Better Than HDR??? Viveza 3 - Affinity Photo Plug-in Tutorial // Nik Collection

Viveza 3 is a very powerful Plug-in from the NIK Collection. Is it better than HDR? I think yes! Especially the Control Points, the Luminance Mask and Chrominance Mask Sliders allow for very precise selections. With Viveza 3 you can totally relight your scene. Recovering Highlights is very easy too. Makes you "think out of the box" with the possibilities of lighting variations you can apply. Thanks Olivio!

I agree about PhotoLab, an excellent application. Viveza is also excellent too and has got a lot better with each version.

Great video Olivio. Thank you. Just upgraded to NIK4 and even installed it into Affinity Photo. (I am sure you know it is different from NIK3 in that respect.)

Olivio Sarikas

Awesome! Do you mean that it works right way in AP? Or is there another difference I don't know about? :)

Hi Olivio, It took a lot of hunting around but if you look in the NIK user manual under installation and scroll all the way through it eventually explains how to install NIK 4 into Affinity. It was very different process from installing NIK3. Other than perspective all plugins worked fine and did not crash my Mac.
