idk if the pages are readable enough in the web view, so the are also attached as a download (but it's the same stuff)

I still need to rename/redo the logo of "crumbles" to "crumbs" but finishing the scenes already made me stay up way too long, so bye lol

This look more like the time line of the old version than the actual (or some timeline in between)

DARRIN!!! So happy to see Reuben has a friend he can talk abt his feelings for Crush with instead of having to keep them locked up inside himself. And Crush immediately noticing something’s off 🤣 I’m so invested!!! Amazing art and storytelling as always thanks for the laughs

OMG?-(-&-?/?/8/! idk even know what to say BUT THESE ARENT CRUMBS OMG ITS A FULL MEAL AJSGSJSKSH FIRST, we get reuben’s pov into why he’s going to break up with phanda AND SEEING HIM SO FLUSTERED OVER CARTER IS LITERALLY THE CUTEST THING EVER OMFG. really captured the subtle i-feel-things-for-you-and-i-don’t-want-it-to-be-real SECONDLY, of course carter caught onto reuben so quickly (he knows when his man is off :P) but reuben walking away without giving an explanation is deserved for the banana all in all, i can’t wait to get to this part >.< !! LOVE THE WORK 🤍🤍

FWIW it seemed perfectly readable to me. (although the handwriting did throw me off in a couple places, but not as an isse of image resolution). Also; SCREAMING. I am HERE for the gay drama. at first where I thought this was going to go when Carter said "oh, I see, you're afraid" was going to be "of falling in love with me!" the usual self-aggrandizing humor that we can expect from him. and while he may mean it in a semi-joking way (he works hard to have a high opinion of himself, but he might not expect that from ruben), what he absolutely wouldn't be prepared for is Ruben responding with sincere affirmation. "Yes, actually. that's it exactly. (followed by an outpouring of his genuine angst about his girlfriend and principels that Carter proceeds to have no idea how to handle. he even knows that Ruben isn't doing a bit with him, because at this point he would know that Ruben Doesn't Do Bits). surprise! your fake flirting has turned into heavy material.

Can read everything perfectly fine. Also its cool to see Reubens point of view regarding this topic. Especially how he only thought of himself and is actually surprised (and happy?) that Carter finds him attractive. Also Also I LOVE how expressive you are with their faces and body language 🧡

"King of unsubtle" indeed 😅

Thanks for this! I love Darrin and Reubens frienship. And flustered Reuben omg 🥰<3 Tbh I really hope that he doesn't physically cheat on Phanda, like I hope they end it before anything happens with Carter.

That makes sense, cause the new version starts as some kinda more detailed prequel, but eventually will catch up to the older time line, in some key points I guess

Me when someone tells me to "be subtle": o______o ooookaaay, I'll tryyyy Meanwhile, I'm just imagining all of the terrible ways trying to be subtle will go wrong until I'm so stressed about it that I just avoid whatever I was trying to be subtle about
