Weekly Report (Patreon)

Hello! Not sure if this will be a regular thing, but I'm trying it out anyway. I thought it might be nice for you all to know how the writing is going, so here's the total number of words per day for this past week:

Mon: 1703

Tue: 1266

Wed: 797

Thur: 479

Fri: 3279

Sat: 2687

Sun: 1687

Total for the week: 11888

Currently working on Chapter 43

Wednesday and Thursday I didn't get much done since I was more focused on editing, followed by a frenzied Friday and Saturday. For reference I did about 14000 words the previous week.

Note that these totals are based on the total word count of the document, which means that 1) The actual number of story words is slightly smaller, and 2) the daily totals may not add up to the weekly total, due to editing.

As you can see I am currently writing quite a lot faster than I'm publishing, even with editing. Not sure what I'll do about that. I'm weighing my options.

Over the weekend I also dropped about 3400 words into a test-chapter of a new idea, which I'll probably end up dropping if I can't rework it. It feels kind of uninspired. That's not to say I didn't enjoy writing it!
