Some of these pages you saw before, but they make sense in context with new pages. I'm halfway done. I need to show you all the pages together. I'm still coloring them in. This comic was written collaboratively with Monday Campanella.

I will write out the text for these sections. Valya (Monday's character) is speaking here.

VALYA: I liked your book because I grew up in a strange house like the space cats. It was a bit worse. It was futuristic but falling apart.

AUTHOR: Tell me more stuff

VALYA: The man who built the house was a mime. He died in the house. It was made of old navy parts and paper maché and foam.

It was weird in the dome house. It was where my first delusions of being an alien came from, because in my bedroom there was this porthole window that would frame the moon at night.

VALYA: Since my grandpa was crazy no one would really talk to me. You could walk through the house in circles. I would pace in circles.

The moon would reflect this little lights onto a hanging lamp. As a kid I imagined it was aliens preparing to beam me up into their ship.

AUTHOR: Donate your memories to me. Things like that

VALYA: Has anyone told you that you're kind of like a catpire?

AUTHOR: Yes. Sorry. I'm not a very good writer.

(You can see how I block out the text that will be in the panel before I draw much. nearly there)

AUTHOR: I only need memories you don't want.

I'll show you my draft. If you don't like it I'll change it.

VALYA: I wouldn't care if my memories burned up, but if you want them, I want to know what happens next in SUAC (Space Alien Ufo Cats)

AUTHOR: At the end, a large rescue ship comes.

The rescue ship says, "I'm sorry it took many years to reach you. I'm sorry you were alone. Thank you for waiting for me."

This is incredible, I love cats and isolation and you convey that moodiness well :)
