WIP 1 : Miki plush (Patreon)

And here we bring you more WIPs of Ap-- Oh, wait, this is not Apollo...

That's it, you didn't read it wrong. This is the process of another Animal Crossing plush. And it's because the same customer ordered us two different characters from the game.

We bring you the process for Walker (Miki in Spain), an adorable puppy that will be a great partner for Apollo.

As you can see, we tried to make the head in many different ways. First we wanted to make a sphere and then add the muzzle, but we didn't like it that way. Then we tried a 4 piece head but it didn't convince us either (it looked like a peanut!). And, finally, we managed to get the shape we wanted. We made it on minky for a better idea of how it would look like. We drew the shape of Walker's head pattern to get an idea of how we would have to cut the patterns. Just as in Apollo's case, the head on this photo is not the final pattern, but it was almost it.

That black round thing in the middle was a body attempt, which we also modified several times, but didn't keep the attempts for the photo...

Y aqui os traemos mas WIPs de ap- espera, este no es Apolo...

Asi es, no os confundis patrons. Este es el proceso de otro peluche de Animal crossing. Y es que el mismo cliente nos pidio 2 peluches del juego.

Os presentamos el proceso de Miki, un perrito muy adorable que sera un gran compañero para Apolo.

Como podéis ver, intentamos varios caminos para hacer esta cabeza. Primero queríamos hacer una esfera y añadir el morro,pero no nos gustaba. Luego hicimos una prueba de 4 piezas que tampoco nos gustaba. Y finalmente, conseguimos ya con minky una prueba mejor. Igual que en el caso de Apolo, la cabeza de esta foto no era el patrona final, pero era bastante parecido.

Y ese pequeño ovalo negro de en medio era un intento para el cuerpo,el cual modificamos también bastante x3.
