Hello everybunny!!The day has come, we're jumping on our chairs out of hype hahaha. First of all, sorry for the lack of posts these weeks. We have been working HARD on he Gnoll to have the patterns on time for this month. And even if in the last post it looked advanced, it still had a ton of work left.
We had to finish patterning the ears, hair, all the clothes and accessories, plus design ALL the embroideries on the face, neck, feet, accessories... We feel bad for not being able to post more WIPs of each piece, but we didn't have any time.
But we can finally show you the finished Gnoll. And we are IN LOVE of the final result ;___;. Apart from turning out exactly how we wanted, it has so many small details we have poured our love into that we would be talking about them all day hahaha. In one hand, the mischievous and fun expression he has. The big adorable ears. The punky and messy hair. THE TOE BEANS that turned out so stuffed and soft. We'd spend all day squishing them. And if we start talking about the clothes, we have so much to show. There's the shoulder plate, with a 3D shape and the spike. The belt where we made it look like several bands rolled around the waist. And our favorite part; the bracelets with real spikes!! (they aren't too pointy, don't worry).Sorry, we're too excited and proud of this work that we can't help talking about each detail >w<And last but not least, a surprise detail this plush has. Tomorrow is pride day, and we felt bad for not being able to make anything again. So while making the final plush, we had a revelation. We made a trans Gnoll, since hyenas are very popular furry species. This is why we added subtle but elegant top scars. Now he'¡s a proud Gnoll ready for the party~It's our small answer to what happened two years ago. We're still here, on the front line!
It's honestly been a way more ambitious project than we expected. We can confirm that this is the most difficult pattern we have made for a pattern reward. For both the skill level recquired and the amount of details it has. You will need many hours to make it, and we used many different techniques. But it's totally worth it. We wanted to make a more complex and unique plush for a long time!About the pattern reward, they will be available in the next days. We have to finish preparing the sewing instructions. As always, if you haven't requested a pattern this month, you will receive a DM with the link to the Gnoll patterns, sewing instructions and embroidery files. And of course, you will be able to request them as a reward starting next month ^^By the way! All the embroidery files fit in a 10x10 cm (4x4 inch) hoop, except the ITH hair, which can be sewn with the sewing machine without problem.About the plush, he was for sale, but it's been claimed. It's a super cool base for customizing it, so in the future you'll be able to commission us your own Gnoll character! Or make your own with the patterns. If you make one, please show us ;_;That's all for today, Please comment us what do you think of the final result and if you love him as much as we do >:3As always, thank you so much for supporting us and helping us live from what we love.
