Dragonair and Dragonair + Haunter fusion WIP 1: Plush study (Patreon)

Here you have our next plush project. In this case it'stwo matching plushies.

It's the beautiful dragon type pokémon, Dragonair, and the other one is a fusion between Dragonair and Haunter. The customer asked us to make both plushies. They will both have the same pose but mirrored. The truth is that they can look very good together.

About the fusion's design: The customer ordered the plushies without telling us that the design wasn't his. Luckily we asked the original artist (Virize, former fallenzephyr) and they told us that since it was just a commission and not mass production, they gave us permission to make the plush. The only condition was to show photos of the finished plush and of course tag them when we post it on social media.

So, it's time to get started with this project. The biggest problem will be, as you can see, will be that body shape. Getting all those curves while making it stand on its own will be a challenge.

Pues aquí os traemos el siguiente proyecto de peluche que hacer. Y en este caso,son dos peluches a conjunto los que realizaremos.

Se trata de el precioso pokémon dragón, Dragonair. Y el otro peluche es una fusión. Para los que no sepan del tema, hay artistas que cogen pokemon y los fusionan, creando un diseño original. En este caso, el cliente nos pidió hacer un peluche de este diseño original junto al dragonair. Ambos tendrán la misma pose pero invertida e irán a conjunto. La verdad es que pueden quedar muy muy bonitos juntos.

Una aclaración respecto al diseño: El cliente nos pidió el peluche con ese diseño sin decirnos que no era suyo. Por suerte, le preguntamos y al saber que no le pertenecía, buscamos al artista (Virize, anteriormente fallenzephyr) para comentarle la situación. Y nos dijo que como solo era una comission, nos daba permiso sin problema. Solo pedía poder ver las fotos del peluche terminado y obviamente que le etiquetáramos cuando lo subiéramos a las redes sociales.

Asi que nada, toca embarcarse con este proyecto a tope. El mayor problema de este peluche, como podréis apreciar,  será la forma del cuerpo. Conseguir esas curvaturas y que se mantenga en pie va a ser todo un reto.
