First airbrush attempts (Patreon)

Well well. We have yet to share the finished MAzinger Z, but we had problems with the photos and they are not ready yet.

Anyway, we want to show you something we are really excited about. Our first attempt at using the airbrush!! Obviously, since it is our first time using it, we don't know much, but we wanted to show that we are starting to work on it (we have had it since summer and we sitll hadn't used it...) For now we will use it to make gradients and we hope that later we will be able to make shadings and other details with it.

The best part is that we tested it on a piece of minky to test how the paint left the fabric with a rough feeling, but it's very soft! It's practically as soft as non-airbrushed minky, and that makes us super happy!!

We are dying to show you airbrushed projects, but we still have some comissions left before that. Wish us luck!

Oh, and if any of you has used an airbrush before, say it in the comments and we will ask you a few things, because despite all the tutorials we have watched, we are still noobs on using it xd

Bueno bueno. Tenemos pendiente subiros el Mazinger Z terminado, pero hemos tenido unos problemas con las fotos que nos han atrasado.

Aun así, no hemos querido esperar en enseñaros algo que nos hace muchísima ilusión. La primera toma de contacto con nuestro aerógrafo!!
Obviamente, como es la primera vez que lo usamos, no hacemos virguerias, pero lo hemos querido subir para que veáis que estamos empezando a trabajar ya en esta nueva herramienta(que teníamos desde verano y no habíamos usado...). Servirá al principio para hacer degradados y más adelante para hacer sombreados y acabados distintos.

Lo mejor de todo, es que hemos hecho la prueba para ver si la pintura le daba una textura extraña o desagradable a la tela. Y para nada, queda igual de suave! Y eso nos hace muy felices!

Estamos deseando traeros trabajos con estos acabados, pero aun tenemos algunos encargos que terminar antes. Deseadnos suerte!

Oh, si alguno de vosotros habéis usado aerógrafo antes, decidnoslo en los comentarios y os preguntaremos un poco, porque estamos muy perdidas aun con como usarlo de manera profesional xD
