Faux fur swatches from Howl Fabric! (Patreon)

We just recieved the faux fur swatches from Howl Fabrics! We ordered them at the beginning of March, but with the emergency state they didn't arrive until today.

We can only say that the quality is AMAZING. Soft, with a lot of fur. We can't wait to work with them now that we want to start making fursuits and plushies with long fur. We still have to recieve a dew more swatches from colours they added after we ordered these ones. We also want to order swatches from other stores, since the more options and variety, the better!

We left you individual pictures of each swatch page, as well as some close ups to see the different textures and lengthsof each fabric type. If you want to see pics of a certain colour, feel free to ask us, we can show them with no problem.

What we like the most about these furs, apart from the quality and colours, is that they're really dense, so it's really easy to work with them. Not all of them are able to be shaved, but the store itself says which ones can be shaved or not.

Acabamos de recibir los muestrarios de faux fur de Howl Fabric! Los encargamos a principios de marzo pero con la cuarentena no habían llegado hasta ahora.  

Solo podemos decir que la calidad es INCREÍBLE. Suaves y blanditas, con mucho pelo. Nos morimos de ganas de trabajar con ellas, ahora que queremos empezar a hacer fursuits y peluches con pelo más largo. Todavía quedan por llegar algunas muestras más, de colores nuevos que salieron poco después de hacer este pedido. Y también queremos coger muestrarios de otras tiendas, ya que cuantas más opciones y variedad, mejor! 

Os hemos dejado fotos individuales de cada página de muestras, junto fotos de más detalle para que podáis apreciar las diferentes texturas y longitud de pelo de los diferentes tipos de tela que ofrecen. Si queréis ver algún color de cerca, nos podéis preguntar sin problemas y os podemos enseñar más fotos.

Lo que más nos gusta de estos pelos, a parte de su calidad, es que son muy densos, por lo tanto se puede trabajar muy bien con ellos, y esto se agradece mucho. No todos se pueden afeitar, pero la propia tienda indica cuáles son aptos para afeitarlos y cuáles no.
