Lopmon Digimon WIP 7: All the final parts done and ready to sew together (Patreon)

Hello people! Sorry for keeping you so many days without new WIPs. Honestly, we were focused on making the final plush and battling with the ear color changes, so we couldn't get some time to post anything.

With that said, here's Lopmon almost finished. Everything is done and pinned together, we just have to hand sew the parts to the body. Some pieces are not placed correctly, but we wanted to show him already. And we couldn't be more proud and happy about the result. When we were making the plush, we had so many doubts of how it would turn out. Specially the ears got us really worried. But we're really happy with how everything looks in this picture.

Things to say: As you can see, we made some small fingers, which we hadn't shown. We decide to use the technique of gluing two pieces of minky together and cut the shape form there, because they were too small to sew them. And they look adorable. Also, we wanted the color changes in the ears to be sewn, like in the rest of the body that looked amazing. but the ear marks were too thin and the curves got really wrinkled and not defined enough. And since this part of the plush was going to be less stuffed to keep the ears floppy, the wrinkles would be so visible. So we decided to make an applique for them.

With all that said, this weekend we will finish him and make the photoshoot. We'll try to post him finished on Monday! But you can already tell us if you like him if you want <3

Hola chicos! Sentimos haberos tenido tantos días sin ver un wip. Sinceramente, estuvimos enfocadas en pasar a limpio todo el peluche y peleando con los cambios de color de las orejas, así que no conseguimos sacar un momento para poner alguna foto por aquí.Dicho esto ,os traemos a Lopmon prácticamente terminado. Está todo a limpio, solo le falta coser todas las piezas a mano (están cogidas con alfileres. Algunas piezas no están del todo bien colocadas, pero queríamos hacerle la foto ya.) Y sinceramente, no podríamos estar más orgullosas y contentas con el resultado. A medida que hacíamos el peluche, teníamos dudas en ciertos puntos, en si nos gustaría como quedaría o nos arrepentiríamos de algún patrón. Sobretodo las orejas, nos tenían super agobiadas. Pero ahora mismo estamos muy felices con esta foto.Como cosas a comentar: Como veis, le hicimos los deditos, que no habíais visto. Decidimos usar la técnica de pegar dos telas entre ellas y recortar, porque eran muy pequeños. Y quedan adorables. Por otro lado, en las orejas queríamos hacerles los cambios de color completamente cosiendo a mano, como en el pecho o las patitas que quedó genial. Pero las manchas eran tan finas que al hacerlo, se llenaban de arrugas y no quedaban bien definidas. Y como esta parte del peluche está poco rellena, se notaría muchísimo. Así que decidimos hacerle un aplique.Dicho esto, este finde lo vamos a terminar y hacerle las fotos. A ver si el lunes podemos subirlo entero! Pero podéis dejarnos vuestra opinión de como se ve ya si queréis <3
